The thermally activated building panel () includes a metal plate () having a room-facing surface () and a building-facing surface (). A heat-exchanger tube () for conveying a cooling or heating medium is in conductive thermal contact with the building-facing surface () of the metal plate (). A textile () is arranged on the room-facing surface () of the metal plate () and has a first surface () generally contacting the metal plate () and a second surface () generally visible from said room. The textile () is tensioned between opposed edges () of the metal plate (). The first surface () of the textile () is metallized by deposition of metal particles on the textile ().

Thermally activated building panel

A modular ceiling system has uniformly appearing devices supported by a channel or a ceiling in an aesthetically pleasing pattern with a single network and control system. The channel or ceiling has uniform sized and shaped openings into which a plurality of uniformly sized and shaped devices is fitted. The devices share a common communication protocol and power source. Each of the devices is connected to a central control system having the same communication protocol as the devices. A network connects the central control system and all of the devices together allowing communications between the central control system and the devices and among the devices using the common communication protocol.

Modular ceiling system

A seeder includes a frame on ground wheels defining tool bars for seeding elements spaced across the frame. Each element includes a pair of parallel arms connected to the tool bar bracket forming a parallel linkage for up and down movement of a support arm connected at a rear end and carrying the packer wheel. A spring applies a downward spring force on the parallel linkage to apply a downward force on the packer wheel so that the spring force increases as the parallel arms pivot upwardly and decreases as the parallel arms pivot downwardly. A control device is arranged to raise and lower the tool bar in response to a detected value of a sensor so as to change the angle of the parallel linkage and change the spring force. A cam controlled double rack adjustment of the height of the opener allows the user to change seeding depth.
