A compound of formula (I) is described, wherein Y represents a macrocycle, the ring of which has 9 to 36 atoms, and is functionalized by three amine or COOH functions; Rrepresents a group of formula H&#x2014;X&#x2014;X&#x2014;X&#x2014;X&#x2014;X&#x2014;(X)&#x2014;, i represents 0 or 1, Xis in particular lysine, arginine, or ornithine residues, Xis in particular glycine, asparagine, L-proline or D-proline residues, Xand Xare in particular tyrosine, phenylalanine or 3-nitrotyrosine residues, Xand Xare in particular amino acid residues: NH&#x2014;(CH)&#x2014;COOH, n ranging from 1 to 10, or NH&#x2014;(CH&#x2014;CH&#x2014;O)&#x2014;CHCHCOOH, m ranging from 3 to 6, provided that at least one of the amino acid residues X, X, Xand Xis different from the corresponding amino acid in the sequence of the natural CD40Lys-Gly-Tyr-Tyrfragment(SEQ ID NO: 1).

Multimeric CD40 ligands, method for preparing same and use thereof for preparing drugs

The invention relates to a multimeric molecule which can imitate a natural multimeric proteinaceous ligand. The invention also relates to a multimeric molecule as defined above which is characterised in that it has the following general formula: A-X, wherein: n is equal to 3, 4, 5 or 6; A denotes a chemical group which is functionalised by at least three amine functions or COOH functions; and X denotes a D, B-D or B(D)-D' group, in which B is a spacer and D and D&#x2032; are peptides or pseudopeptides corresponding to a sequence which is derived from the ligand and selected from residual matter forming the interface with the receptor and which can interact with the receptor.
