The present invention relates to a liquid cosmetic composition for making up and/or caring for the skin and/or the lips, comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium, &#x2014;at least one non volatile oil, &#x2014;at least hydrophobic silica aerogel particles, &#x2014;at least one wax with a melting point of greater than or equal to 60&#xb0; C., &#x2014;the said composition comprising less than 5% by weight of water relative to the total weight of the composition, and preferably being anhydrous.

A composition having at least one fatty phase containing at least one resin having a number-average molecular weight of less than or equal to 10 000 g/mol chosen from rosin, rosin derivatives and hydrocarbon-based resins, and mixtures thereof, at least one volatile oil, and at least one phenyl silicone oil. The composition according to the invention makes it possible to obtain a homogeneous and comfortable deposit on the lips or the skin, which has in particular improved properties of staying power of the colour and of the gloss.

Topically applicable cosmetic/dermatological compositions suited for improvedly UV-photoprotecting human skin and/or hair against the deleterious effects of ultraviolet irradiation, advantageously oil-in-water emulsions, contain SPF-synergistically enhancing amounts of (a) at least one UV-screening benzotriazole-substituted silicon compound and (b) at least one UV-screening cinnamic acid derivative, formulated into (c) a topically applicable, cosmetically/dermatologically acceptable vehicle, diluent or carrier therefor.
