An assembly for closing a tube is described. The assembly includes a tube head provided with a neck and a lid closing the neck. The assembly further includes a cap () including a punch adapted to perforate the lid. The neck and the cap being configured to guide the cap to a closing position in which the punch has perforated the lid. The cap includes a lateral skirt provided with at least one notch opening radially. The neck includes a protrusion configured to cooperate angularly with the notch to block a withdrawal of the cap, once the cap is in the closing position.

An assembly for closing a tube. The assembly includes a tube head that has a neck and a cap. The assembly defines a guide path, a thread and a thread portion allowing the cap to be positioned on the neck by cooperation with the guide path and the thread.
