A suspension stop device provides an upper contact cap, a lower support cap and at least one bearing arranged between the caps. The upper contact cap provides a centering portion for a damper pad, inside which the pad, which is external to the device, is intended to be mounted. The centering portion extends axially inside a bore in the lower support cap.

A suspension bearing device, comprising: a bearing, a lower cup and an upper cup centered on a central axis. The lower cup having a body including a tubular axial portion and an annular outward radial portion. The lower cup is provided with a damper pad including: an inner portion disposed against the annular outward radial portion of the body; an outer portion for bearing a suspension spring; and an annular recess for receiving a creep of material of the damper pad when the outer portion is constrained by the suspension spring. A rolling bearing includes a first ring, a second ring and a row of rolling elements disposed between the first ring and the second ring. The first ring has a housing, at least two raceway elements are mounted in the housing and at least one pre-stressing element is mounted in the housing. The at least one pre-stressing element is provided with at least one portion having a circumferential extension of less than 360&#xb0; in sliding contact with the second ring.

The invention relates to a rolling bearing assembly device having an inner race, an outer race, at least one row of rolling elements disposed between the inner race and the outer race, and a sleeve mounted in the bore of the inner race. The sleeve provides a radial bearing flange, the lower edge of which has a portion that is inclined towards the interior of the device, the inclined portion in contact with a locking washer. The sleeve also provides at least one slot extending axially towards the inner race from the lower edge of the radial bearing flange, the lower edge being disposed on the opposite side from the inner race.

A suspension thrust bearing including at least one rolling bearing forming an axial thrust bearing disposed on a lower cap is provided. The lower cap includes a body with an annular rolling bearing portion for a spring and a tubular portion including a bore in which a shock absorber bump stop is inserted. An axial contact surface is defined on the lower portion of the bore of the tubular portion against which the shock absorber bump stop when deformed exerts a radial force. The tubular portion includes a reinforcing insert located at the level of this axial contact surface.

The present invention relates to a suspension bearing device, comprising a rolling bearing forming an axial stop along a main axis and at least one seal adapted for protecting the rolling bearing from ingress of water or of polluting particles. The device is characterized in that it also comprises a bottom cup and a top cup made of plastic, in contact with the rolling bearing, the bottom cup forming a bearing means for a suspension spring, and in that the or each seal is made of thermoplastic overmolded onto a first element between the cups and comprises a base of substantially annular shape from which extends at least one sealing lip in contact with the second element between the cups. A rolling bearing device for a steering column includes an outer ring, an inner ring, at least one row of rolling elements arranged between the rings, and a sleeve mounted in the bore of the inner ring and coming to bear axially against the ring. The sleeve provides a bore designed to come into radial contact with a shaft, and a member for the axial retention of the sleeve that is designed to engage with the shaft. The sleeve has at least one elastic body at least partially delimiting the bore. The axial retention member is mounted to bear axially directly against the sleeve on the opposite side from the inner ring.

A vehicle transmission includes a housing part, a shaft extending from the housing part, and a spring element having a plurality of spring windings wound around the shaft, a first end of the spring element being fixed to the housing part. An actuating means is attached to a second end of the spring element and is configured to twist the second end in a circumferential direction of the spring element to thereby cause the spring element to tighten and frictionally contact an outer circumference of the shaft. The spring element is comprised of a hollow cylindrical metal base body having a helical-shaped incision that defines the plurality of spring windings. The invention relates to an angular contact bearing assembly for use in a steering column, comprising at least one rolling bearing comprising conductive components, a sleeve for mounting an conductive inner ring of the at least one rolling bearing on a shaft; and at least one conductive structure creating an electrically conductive contact between at least one of the conductive components of the at least one rolling bearing and the shaft. It is proposed that the sleeve and the conductive structure form an inseparable compound.

Angular contact bearing assembly for use in a steering column

The invention provides a rolling bearing assembly device having an inner race, an outer race, at least one row of rolling elements between the inner race and the outer race, and a sleeve mounted in the bore of the inner race. An annular elastic element is mounted axially between a radial bearing flange of the sleeve and the inner race, the elastic element having an inner bore that is able to bear against an outer surface of the sleeve so as to transmit a force having a radial component in the direction of the interior of the device.
