A pinch valve having a clamping member () mounted between two side walls () of a valve housing, the side walls extending parallel to a hose guide axis and to a plunger guide axis. Each of the side walls has a step () extending parallel to the hose guide axis and recessing with respect to the advancing direction of the plunger. The clamping jaws () of the pinch valve, upon displacement of the clamping member (), move over the steps () with their outer sides, which face away from the hose guide, bearing against the side walls ().

Pinch valve

The invention relates to a pinch valve comprising a valve element () with precisely one flow channel () that is surrounded by a circumferential wall () and has an inlet opening (), which is designed for connecting a connection member () or which adjoins a connection element (), at a first end and an outlet opening (), which is designed for connecting a connection member () or adjoins a connection element (), at a second end. The valve element () additionally has a pair of force transmitting elements (') or a force transmitting element () and a fixing element () which are connected to the circumferential wall () in a central closing region () that is arranged between the inlet opening and the outlet opening. The force transmitting elements (&#x2032;) or the force transmitting element () and the fixing element () are arranged at least substantially perpendicularly to the flow direction of the flow channel (). The circumferential wall () consists of an elastic material such that the force transmitting elements (&#x2032;), or the force transmitting element () and the fixing element (), can be moved towards each other under the effect of a pressure or tensile force perpendicularly to the flow direction of the flow channel (). In the absence of a pressure or tensile force acting on a force transmitting element (&#x2032;), the circumferential wall () has a cross-section which differs from a circle in the central closing region (). In the cross-section, the circumferential wall () surrounds a flow channel () surface area which is constant at least substantially over the entire valve element (). Thus, the average flow speed is at least substantially uniform at all positions along the valve element ().

Pinch valve with linear sections

A mixing and thawing device () has a rocker drive () and a bag holder () for holding a bag (). The bag holder () has a base part () and a lid part () that enclose a holding space () for the bag (). A heating element () is arranged in the base part (). Thus, the holding space () is designed as a heat-insulating closed chamber. Interconnected intermediate spaces () are arranged between the bag () and the base part () and between the bag () and the lid part (). One or more flow generators () are provided to generate a circulating fluid flow ().

Mixing and thawing device

A pinch valve includes a clamping jaw () which displaces perpendicularly to an axial direction and forms a mouth () that receives a flexible tube () that extends in the axial direction, and an abutment () which is opposite the clamping jaw in the jaw displacement direction. The clamping jaw and the abutment are disposed relative to one another such that the tube is pinched by the advancing clamping jaw against the abutment. The clamping jaw has a displaceable support element () and two claws () located opposite one another and engaging around the tube at least in some regions. The claws are articulated on the support element by the respective rear ends thereof such as to pivot about pivot pins oriented parallel to the axial direction, whereby the mouth opens as the clamping jaw advances and closes as the clamping jaw retracts.

A welding device for the sealing welding of thermopolastic hoses (), includes a clamping device () with at least two clamping jaws (), of which at least one is movable and between which a hose () which is to be welded can be clamped, wherein the clamping device () has a heating devices () which is coupled to a control unit () and is configured to heat the hose clamped between the clamping jaws (). The invention is distinguished in that the at least one movable clamping jaw () is actuable with a controllable, bidirectional actuator (-) which is coupled to the control unit () in such a manner that the clamping pressure acting on the hose () can be adjusted independently of the heating device.

Welding device, use thereof as a control valve, and metering device

A filling system has a filling apparatus () and a container arrangement inserted into the filling apparatus. A main line includes a feed line (), connected to a supply container (), and a trunk line (), connected linearly downstream of the feed line (). Outside the trunk line (), at a branching point (), a branch line () branches from the main line () to a compressed-gas source (), and the main line () and the branch line (), on that side of the branching point () which is directed away from the trunk line, pass through a double-valve arrangement () having two hose-clamping valves () controlled oppositely to one another.

Filling system and filling method

A dosing system and a method for dosing a medium, having a dosing control unit (), at least one exchangeable container () containing a medium to be dosed, and a dosing valve () that can be connected to the container (), wherein at least one part of the dosing valve () that comes into contact with the medium is designed as an exchangeable system component () and has a machine-readable code for identification purposes, wherein at least one container (), as an exchangeable system component (), has a machine-readable code for identification purposes, wherein the exchangeable parts () that come into contact with the medium are designed as disposable parts, and wherein the dosing control unit () is connected with a communication unit () to read the codes, and wherein the communication unit () has a unique read connection () to each exchangeable system component () or its code.

Dosing system and method for the dosing of a medium

An electronic device, and associated method, provided with a circuit board (), with a set of input contacts (IN/COM), a set of output contacts (OUT/COM) and an electrical circuit () connected between the input contacts (IN/COM) and the output contacts (OUT/COM) and a controller. The controller carries out a real-time test of the circuit board using a test signal introduced into the electrical circuit, the electrical circuit () being designed as a passive network having a characteristic transfer function and provided with at least one capacitive element, wherein the capacitive element is a conductor surface () forming a capacitor in the assembled state with a corresponding, device-side conductor surface (&#x2033;), which is connected to the electrical circuit () via a contact element in the assembled state, whereby the capacitive value of the capacitive element in the assembled state differs from the capacitive value of the capacitive element in the disassembled state.

Electronic device and method for testing a circuit board

An electronic device, and associated method, provided with a circuit board (), with a set of input contacts (IN/COM), a set of output contacts (OUT/COM) and an electrical circuit () connected between the input contacts (IN/COM) and the output contacts (OUT/COM) and a controller. The controller carries out a real-time test of the circuit board using a test signal introduced into the electrical circuit, the electrical circuit () being designed as a passive network having a characteristic transfer function and provided with at least two separate partial circuits (&#x2033;) wherein the separate partial circuits are electrically connected in the assembled state by cooperation with at least one of: at least one device components and/or assembly components ().

A device for dosing a number of constituents according to a given formula with a scale () containing a formula memory. The scale () is equipped with a transponder read unit (), the given formula is storable in a transponder () and transmittable to the formula memory with the transponder read unit () and the transponder read unit () additionally monitors the dosed constituents during the dosing process. The storage containers () for the individual constituents are each provided with transponders (), so that the individual constituents can be identified by the transponder read unit (). This enables a simple and reliable transmission of the formula data to the formula memory of the scale and monitoring of the dosing process. Furthermore, the scale can be operated in a generally contact-free manner.

Device and method for dosing by using a scale

An electronic scale () with a display unit (), at least one control button (), a digital signal processing unit () and a digital interface () to a higher-level electronic data processing (EDP) system (). The digital signal processing unit () has an activatable switch or program part for locking the scale. This switch or part releases the display of the weighing result only for as long as the higher-level EDP system () communicates with the scale () and locks the display at other times. The activation of the switch or part for the locking process is stored in a power-failure-proof memory ().
