A drive module for a powertrain of a hybrid vehicle and a method for assembling the drive module for the powertrain of the hybrid vehicle, having a housing, a friction clutch with a pressure plate which is axially displaceable by means of an actuating arrangement, a clutch plate and with a clutch disk arrangement positioned therebetween, a hub, wherein this hub is fixedly connected to the clutch disk arrangement, and an electric machine which has a rotor with a rotor carrier and a stator which is fixed at a stator carrier. The axial arrangement or alignment of the clutch disk arrangement relative to the pressure plate and clutch plate is determined by an adjusting arrangement, wherein the adjusting arrangement is functionally arranged between the hub and a supporting element which is axially fixed to the housing of the drive module.

Drive module for a drive train of a hybrid vehicle

A constructional unit for a hybrid powertrain of a motor vehicle includes: an electric machine with a stator and a rotor, wherein the rotor is configured to transmit a torque to the powertrain; a clutch arrangement with at least one clutch actuation unit, wherein the clutch arrangement is configured to decouple an internal combustion engine from the powertrain, the internal combustion engine being provided parallel to the electric machine for transmitting a torque; and a vibration absorber apparatus configured to reduce vibrations in the powertrain. The clutch actuation unit is arranged axially substantially radially within the vibration absorber apparatus.

Structural unit for a hybrid powertrain

A constructional unit for a drivetrain of a motor vehicle includes: at least one clutch arrangement configured to decouple an internal combustion engine from the drivetrain, the at least one clutch arrangement having at least one clutch element; a speed-adaptive vibration absorber apparatus, configured to reduce vibrations in the drivetrain with at least one damper mass deflectable along a deflection path; and a limiting device configured to exert a force on the at least one damper mass that limits the movement of the damper mass. The limiting device is further configured, for limiting the movement of the at least one damper mass, to be actuatable by the at least one clutch element.

Structural unit for a drive train of a motor vehicle

A hydraulic cylinder includes a housing having a fluid connection for connecting to a hydraulic system and an after-running connection for connecting to a fluid after-running vessel, and a piston which is axially displaceable in the housing to define a variable pressure space having a gas collecting portion, the piston being fixed against rotation in the housing and having at least one after-running groove which is oriented substantially toward the gas collecting portion. A primary seal arranged in the housing and receiving the piston therethrough is bridged by the after-running groove when the piston is in an extended end position, whereby the gas collecting portion of the pressure space communicates with the after-running connection when the piston is in the extended end position.
