A method of joining cellulosic fiber containing surfaces by means of a phenolic, phenol-resorcinol, or resorcinol resin based adhesive system, whereby at least one of the surfaces is treated with a cure promoter composition comprising a carbonate, prior to the adhesive system being applied and a cure promoter composition for phenolic resin based on resorcinol resin based adhesive system comprising a carbonate.

A method for supplying a multicomponent fluid thermosetting resin gluing system in which a first fluid component is brought to flow in a first stream, and a second fluid component is brought to flow in a second stream, wherein the second stream is brought to encircle the first stream. A device for carrying out the method comprising a first body ( ) provided with outlet conduits ( ); a second body ( ) having as many outlet apertures ( ) as there are outlet conduits of the first body; each conduit being introduced into one aperture. Method for supplying a fluid

A hardener composition for precondensates or liquid resins containing resorcinol and formaldehyde or resorcinol-phenol and formaldehyde and a method for glueing by using them. The hardener composition contains powdered paraformaldehyde suspended in a suspending agent that includes a precondensate of ketone and formaldehyde, which precondensate preferably contains water as a dilution media.
