A method for manufacturing a vaporizer device for an inhaler, preferably for an electronic cigarette product, comprising at least one electric vaporizer, at least one electrical line for supplying the vaporizer with electric current, and a carrier for supporting the vaporizer, comprising the application of an electrically conductive adhesive between the vaporizer and the carrier to form an electrical connection of the vaporizer to the electrical line, wherein an additional heating step is carried out to form a eutectic connection between the vaporizer and the adhesive.

An evaporator unit for an inhaler, in particular for an electronic cigarette product, comprises an electrically operable, in particular planar, heating body which has an inlet side and an outlet side, and a plurality of microchannels which each extend from the inlet side to the outlet side through the heating body, the heating body being designed to evaporate, by applying a heating voltage, liquid transferred through the microchannels. A porous and/or capillary wick structure is arranged on the inlet side of the heating body, which structure rests flat against and in contact with the heating body and covers all of the microchannels on the inlet side.

The invention relates to a vaporiser unit for an inhaler, comprising a vaporiser body which consists of an electrically conductive substrate with an inlet side, an outlet side, and a plurality of micro-channels each of which extend through said substrate from the inlet side to the outlet side, and a resistive heating element for vaporising liquid conveyed through said micro-channels. The resistive heating element is formed by the substrate.
