The invention relates to a protective helmet with an outer shell () for distributing impact forces, an interior layer () accommodated by the outer shell () for attenuating impact forces, and a slot () for accommodating an electrical device (), wherein the outer shell () has a chin shell area () to cover a chin portion of a protective helmet wearer, wherein the outer shell () forms a viewing port () for the protective helmet wearer to look through. The protective helmet is characterized in that the slot () is arranged on the chin shell area () in such a way that the accommodated electrical device () is arranged between the chin shell area () and the interior layer (), wherein the protective helmet has an interior cover () for essentially completely covering the accommodated electrical device () in the direction of the viewing port ().

Protective helmet

The invention relates to a protective helmet, comprising an outer shell () for distributing impact forces and an antenna () for transferring a radio signal, which antenna is arranged at least partially inside the outer shell (). The outer shell () consists of a main material in a main region (). The protective helmet is characterized in that the outer shell () consists of a cut-out material in a cut-out region (), the cut-out material having a lesser damping effect on the radio signal in comparison with the main material. The invention further relates to a method for producing a protective helmet.

A protective helmet, particularly a motorbike protective helmet, comprising an outer shell () for the distribution of impact forces, the outer shell () comprising a chin shell region () for covering a chin part of the person wearing the protective helmet, wherein the outer shell () comprises a viewing opening () arranged above the chin shell region (), for the person wearing the protective helmet to see through, and the protective helmet has a slot () with a slot shape for interlockingly receiving an electronic module () corresponding to the slot shape, said slot () comprising a slot opening substantially bordering an edge of the viewing opening (). The protective helmet comprises another slot () having another slot opening substantially bordering the edge of the viewing opening () and having the slot shape for interlockingly receiving another electronic module () corresponding to the slot shape.

On a vertically adjustable headrest provided on a backrest of a vehicle seat, a perpendicularly extending center part is arranged on a front side. On the two lateral edges of the center part, a supporting part is pivotally connected in each case by way of a film hinge, which supporting parts can be swivelled toward lateral edges of the headrest. A holding bow is provided on each supporting part. A leg spring, which itself is inserted into the headrest, reaches around the holding bow. The holding bow interacts with the leg spring such that, in the event of a vehicle crash, the supporting parts are displaced into the inoperative position by the mere action of the vehicle occupant's head. Furthermore, one control element respectively can also be applied to the end section of the supporting part, by way of which control element, the supporting part is swivelled in a sensor-controlled manner into the inoperative position in the event of a vehicle crash.

Headrest on a vehicle seat

A height-adjustable headrest for a seat back of an automobile includes support rods that transfix guide areas attached to the seat back frame. The ends of the support rods positioned below the guide areas are connected with a bracket so that they may ratchet, and may be separated from it by pulling upward. At least the end of one the the support rods is locked in its first position by the bracket against extraction upward, and, in a second position, the support rod may be displaced only by means of a tool so that it may be extracted upward.
