A windscreen wiper device of the flat blade type comprising an elastic, elongated carrier element, as well as an elongated wiper blade of a flexible material, which can be placed in abutment with a windscreen to be wiped, which wiper blade includes at least one longitudinal slit, in which slit at least one longitudinal strip of the carrier element is disposed, which windscreen wiper device comprises a connecting device for a rod-like extension of an oscillating arm, wherein said rod-like extension can be pivotally connected to said connecting device about a pivot axis near a free end thereof, wherein said connecting device comprises a first part and a second part, wherein said rod-like extension of said oscillating arm can be pivotally connected to said first part about said pivot axis, with the interposition of said second part, wherein said first part is connected to said wiper blade and said second part is pivotally (preferably also detachably) connected onto said first part, wherein said second part comprises a channel arranged to receive said free end of said rod-like extension, with the special feature that said windscreen wiper device comprises a housing for said rod-like extension, wherein said housing is arranged to be connected to said second part, and wherein said housing comprises a channel to receive said rod-like extension, said channel of said housing in mounted position being co-axial with said channel of said second part.

A wind deflector for a windscreen wiper system of a motor vehicle has a receptacle for fastening the wind deflector to a component of a wiper arm of the windscreen wiper system. The wind deflector has at least two parts which can be mounted in a divided state on the component of the wiper arm and subsequently can be joined together, as a result of which the wind deflector can be secured to the component of the wiper arm of the windscreen wiper system.

The wind deflector has a wind deflector contour, by way of which an air flow in the region of an associated wiper arm and a wiper blade can be guided. A windscreen wiper system for a motor vehicle includes at least one wiper blade which has a slider secured to a wiper blade element. An adapter is connected to the slider in an articulated manner. The adapter is connected to a component of a wiper arm of the windscreen wiper system via a recess. The adapter is connected to a wiper rod of the wiper arm via the recess. A further functional element is arranged on the wiper rod of the wiper arm separately from the adapter.

Windscreen wiper system for a motor vehicle

A windscreen wiper device comprising an elongated wiper blade of a flexible material, a connecting device, a mounting head, and a longitudinal strip-shaped arm. The wiper blade is adapted to be placed in abutment with a windscreen to be wiped. The wiper blade includes at least one groove in which an elastic, elongated carrier element is disposed. The connecting device is connected to the wiper blade. The mounting head transfers a reciprocal movement to the wiper blade. The longitudinal strip-shaped arm has a first end detachably connected to the mounting head through a snapping operation and a second end detachably connected to the connecting device through a snapping operation. The arm is made of a resilient material and is biased to exert a pressure onto the wiper blade towards the windscreen to be wiped.

Windscreen wiper device

A wiper () for wiping a window pane () of a motor vehicle is provided, having a drive shaft () that can be driven by a motor, and a wiper lever () connected to the drive shaft () for moving a wiper blade. The wiper lever () is flexibly bendable. A maximum bending angle () of the wiper lever () around a bending axis extending perpendicular to the drive shaft () is limited by a limit stop () to bending of the wiper lever () in the range of elastic deformation. The limit stop () makes stop contact at the maximum bending angle () and can keep the deformation of the wiper lever () reliably in the range of elastic deformation, thus reducing the risk of damage to wipers ().

Wiper

The invention relates to a wiper lever of a motor vehicle windshield wiper, especially a rear window wiper, comprising a windshield wiper arm, a wiper blade and a cover. According to the invention, the wiper arm is designed as a spring strip on which a slider, which is connected to the wiper blade, is longitudinally adjustable. The cover is connected to the slider such and can be connected to a wiper pin such that an angle of lift of the wiper lever can be compensated. The invention provides a cost-effective wiper lever which has a structurally simple design.
