[Solving means] A see-through layered body according to the present invention comprises an intermediate resin film, two transparent substrates holding the intermediate resin film, wherein the intermediate resin film comprises a resin and from 0.0001 to 15% by mass of microparticles, having an average diameter of from 1 nm to 100 &#x3bc;m, and the center plane average roughness SRa of outermost surfaces on both sides of the layered body is from 0.05 to 5.5 nm.

A surface of the auxiliary layer on the first electrode side has a second concave-convex shape. The change ratio of the standard deviation of depths of the second concave-convex shape with respect to the standard deviation of depths of the first concave-convex shape is 70% or less. The organic EL light-emitting element, which has a high light extraction efficiency while preventing the occurrence of a leak current, can be obtained.
