A driving mechanism for moving a vessel having a disposal box placed thereon in a front-rear direction the same as an opening/closing direction of a drawer is provided lower than a bottom surface of the vessel. A first rail extended in a movement direction of an operating unit, a second rail extended in a movement direction of the vessel provided in the drawer, and toothed pulleys for rotating a toothed belt within a horizontal plane are arranged. The first rail, the second rail, and the toothed belt are placed side by side without overlapping with each other in a vertical direction. As a result, the operation of taking out the disposal box in which used sample dispensing tips or reaction vessels are accumulated is simple.

Automatic analysis apparatus

The automatic analysis device includes: a reagent tank that holds a reagent container that contains a reagent; and a lid opening/closing device including a lid opening/closing member configured to be movable in a first direction parallel to a vertical direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The lid opening/closing member has a first member for opening a lid of the reagent container and a second member for closing the lid. The lid opening/closing member is configured to be movable between a first position and a second position, the first position located above the reagent container and the second position located below the first position in the first direction such that the bottom surface of the lid opening/closing member comes into contact with the reagent container, and the lid opening/closing member is configured to be movable between the second position and a third position that is away from the second position in the second direction.

Automatic analysis device

A countersunk hole is added to a back surface of a dispensing chip mounting position of a sample dispensing chip installation table such that, when the dispensing chip is pulled up from the installation table, the amount of contact of a chip side surface is reduced and the chip is stably mounted. In addition, a posture control member during falling is added to a chip waste position, and the chip is caused to fall vertically and attachment of a sample to a waste route is suppressed. When a dispensing probe moves upward during dispensing chip separation, an upper end of the chip is moved upward up to a position in contact with a base and stopped and then is moved upward again. Thus, the posture of the chip during separation is stable. Further, plural positions for separating the chip are provided such that the position changes depending on waste timing.

Automatic analyzer

An automated analysis device is provided with a casing accommodating an analysis device. A cover is axially supported with freedom to pivot, between a closed position and an upwardly-open open position, about a support shaft provided at one side of the casing. A closing device is capable of inhibiting opening of the cover in the closed position, and is provided with a projecting portion that protrudes from a front surface of the cover toward the rear, a lock lever which is axially supported with freedom to pivot about a pivoting support shaft, and which pivots from the work surface in a direction approaching the projecting portion to engage with the projection portion, thereby inhibiting opening of the cover. A safety cover can thus be locked securely.

When an automatic analysis apparatus has a mechanism that performs an operation of an arcuate trajectory to access a plurality of positions arranged on a straight line, an arc and a straight line cannot coincide with each other. Thus position adjustment is required to minimize the deviation between the arc and the straight line. An automatic analysis apparatus according to the invention includes a reagent disk which accommodates a plurality of reagent bottles in each of which a plurality of suction ports are arranged along a center line, and which rotates around a central axis to transport a reagent bottle to a desired position; and a reagent dispensing mechanism which rotates around a rotation axis to suck a reagent from the reagent bottle at a predetermined suction position on the reagent disk, in which the reagent disk is provided with, at least one mounting position of the reagent bottle on the reagent disk, first and second marks sandwiching the mounting position of the reagent bottle.

Automated analysis device

The object of the invention is to realize an automatic analyzer capable of suppressing an increase in cost without greatly changing the configuration even when the configuration of an inspection system is changed, and reducing burden of an operator. A pin to be fitted into a hole formed in a specimen container conveying unit is formed on a specimen container conveying unit mounting surface at a position below a specimen suction position, and it is possible to make relative positions between components of a specimen dispensing unit and the specimen container conveying unit at the time of a specimen dispensing operation, as well as driving conditions when moving each axis of the specimen dispensing unit identical even when the types of the specimen container conveying unit are different, and it is possible to ensure stability of the same specimen dispensing operation before and after changing the specimen container conveying unit. Although it is necessary for an operator to memorize a procedure of maintenance work relating to the specimen container conveying unit, work procedures relating to other units of the automatic analyzer are not changed and it is not necessary to memorize new maintenance procedures of the other units, and thus the burden of the operator can be reduced.

According to an embodiment of the disclosure, the analyzer includes a reagent driving disk that accommodates a reagent configured for analysis and that transports the reagent to a desired position, and a fixed disk that has a reagent stand-by position in which to make a reagent container containing the reagent, temporarily stand by, and a magnetic particles stirring position for stirring magnetic particles. A portion of the reagent stand-by position is constituted by a loading system. A reagent container moving unit moves reagent containers containing the reagent, between the reagent driving unit and the fixed disk, according to analytical request status. Providing in a part of the fixed disk the loading system constructed so that reagent containers containing the reagent can be mounted therein during operation enables changing of reagent containers, irrespective of an operational status of the reagent driving disk, and the system to having cold-storage functionality.

An automatic analyzer provided with a roller and a reagent container shoulder presser at the position where an operator inserts a reagent container into the automatic analyzer. The reagent container is pushed while the lid of the reagent container is made to touch the upper side of the roller and the shoulder presser is made to touch the shoulder of the reagent container, and the application of upward force to the lid causes the lid of the reagent container to be half open, after which the reagent container is inserted in the analyzer.

Stepped portions of a flow channel are reduced by completely fixing the channel that extends to the measuring unit, and reducing connections in the channel, thereby to suppress a disturbance in the flow of the liquid suctioned into the measuring unit. A means is provided so that the reaction solution and reagent suctioned will move towards the channel through which the liquids are suctioned.

Automated analyzer

An automated analyzer and a reagent vessel opening/closing device allows reduction of the time period during which reagent vessels are opened unnecessarily. The reagent vessel opening/closing device opens or closes the lids of reagent vessels when the reagent vessels are at a dispensing/stirring position on a reagent vessel transfer device of an automated analyzer. The device for opening/closing the lids of reagent vessels includes a hook base secured to a unit base and a hook-base drive unit for moving the hook base with respect to the unit base in opening/closing directions of the lids of the reagent vessels. A plurality of hooks are attached to the hook base and a plurality of motors are each adapted to slide one of the hooks with respect to the hook base to engage/disengage the hook with/from the lid of a reagent vessel.
