A forward primer of a primer set in accordance with the present invention for detecting BLV is a mixture of (1) a first primer consisting of a polynucleotide including 15 or more successive bases including the 16th C in the base sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 and (2) a second primer consisting of a plurality of kinds of polynucleotides including at least the first to 15th bases in the base sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2. An electrophotographic toner composition comprising toner particles composed of a binder resin and a colorant and fine particles adhered to the surface of the toner particles is disclosed, in which said fine particles are zinc oxide fine particles having an average particle size of from 2 to 100 nm and having been surface-treated with a silane coupling agent or a silicone oil. The toner composition is excellent in charging properties, such as chargeability, environmental stability of chargeability, and toner admixing properties.

An electrophotographic toner composition comprising toner particles containing at least a colorant, a binder resin and an additive, and an image formation method using the toner composition are disclosed, wherein said additive is an additive prepared by surface-treating titanium dioxide fine particles having less than 0.2% by weight of a water-soluble content with a surface treating agent by a wet process. C. to a roll in contact with the toner image, whereby the full color toner image can be stably fixed without wrapping of the transfer medium around the roll and offset, and the fixed image having good image quality can be obtained: ##STR1## wherein R represents an ethylene group or a propylene group, each of x and y is an integer of 1 or more, and x+y is 2 to 6.
