The server is configured to determine, in response to receiving the inquiry signal, whether the traffic participant who made the gesture is one of users subscribed to the specific service and transmit an answer signal including a result of the determination to the mobile object. The mobile object is further configured to perform, in response to receiving the answer signal, an action according to a result of the determination included in the answer signal.
