An electric device includes an electric board having a board hole, a housing accommodating the electric board, a shaft portion disposed in the housing and inserted into the board hole, a recessed portion disposed in the housing, and a bonding portion. The bonding portion is interposed between the shaft portion and the recessed portion and between the recessed portion and a hole peripheral portion of the electric board that forms a peripheral edge of the board hole, and bonds the shaft portion, the hole peripheral portion, and the recessed portion. The board hole has a size such that a radial gap is provided between the hole peripheral portion of the electric board and the shaft portion.

Electric device

An electrical device includes a housing, a drive unit arranged inside the housing a substrate arranged inside the housing, and a terminal electrically connecting the substrate with an external portion outside the housing. On the substrate, a circuit driving the drive unit is formed. The terminal includes a terminal protrusion exposed from an inner wall surface of the housing and protruding toward the substrate. The terminal is connected to the substrate at an end portion of the terminal protrusion. The substrate is fixed inside the housing by a first substrate attachment portion and a second substrate attachment portion arranged at a position farther from a connecting portion between the terminal and the substrate than the first substrate attachment portion. The second substrate attachment portion has higher flexibility than the first substrate attachment portion.

Electrical device

A sound generator includes a sound generating body, a base, a protection wall, and an erected wall. The sound generating body includes a diaphragm and a driving portion. The base includes a base tubular portion and a partition wall defining a sound hole. The diaphragm and the partition wall divide an inner space of the base tubular portion into a first space and a second space. The protection wall is disposed away from the partition wall and the erected wall connects between the protection wall and the base tubular portion. The protection wall, the erected wall, and the partition wall defines a sound emission space in communication with the first space through the sound hole. The protection wall and the erected wall define an emission hole through which the sound exits.

Sound generator and method for manufacturing the same

A sound generator that generates sound by vibrating a diaphragm includes: a housing including a first space opened to the atmosphere by a sound emission hole and a second space separated from the first space by the diaphragm; and a shield plate disposed in the first space to face the diaphragm while being separated from the diaphragm. When the diaphragm is displaced toward the first space by a pressure difference between the first space and the second space, the diaphragm comes in contact with the shield plate to limit deformation of the diaphragm.

In a sound generating device, a connection terminal made of a metal plate material electrically connected to an external equipment has a groove portion in a portion protruding inward of a base. A terminal fitting made of a metal plate material and electrically connected to the sounding body includes a terminal fitting main body that is mechanically joined to the sounding body, and a protrusion plate portion that extends from the terminal fitting main body portion and is press-fitted to the groove portion. The protrusion plate portion press-fitted to the groove portion of the connection terminal is provided integrally with the terminal fitting.

Sound generating device

Provided is a speaker device in which reproduction sound pressure is increased, and heat resistance and water resistance are improved. The speaker device includes: a diaphragm formed of a film containing polyimide; and a frame for supporting the diaphragm. A cross-section passing the center of the diaphragm and parallel to a sound emission direction includes sequentially from an inner periphery to an outer periphery of the diaphragm along the sound emission direction: a first bent plate portion having a concave arc; a second bent plate portion having a convex arc; a third bent plate portion having a concave arc; and a fourth bent plate portion having a convex arc. An area of the first bent plate portion is larger than any of areas of the second, the third, the fourth bent plate portions.

Speaker device

A sound production device for a vehicle includes: a speaker that causes a diaphragm to vibrate thereby producing sound; and a housing receiving the speaker and having a sound passage through which the sound produced by the speaker passes and a sound emission hole that causes the sound passed through the sound passage to externally emit. Plural resonant chambers having different resonant frequencies are defined in the sound passage, such that the sound passage has a labyrinth structure that is able to prevent a foreign substance form entering the diaphragm from the sound emission hole.

Sound production device for vehicle

This approaching vehicle notification sound speaker device is equipped with a voice coil for conducting an electrical signal, a cylindrical voice coil bobbin on which the voice coil is wound, an insulating sheet, and a cap. The sheet is wound on the voice coil bobbin at a position closer to the sound-emitting side than the voice coil, the cap is disposed closer to the sound-emitting side than the voice coil bobbin, the voice coil bobbin and the cap are made of an aluminum-containing material, and the sheet is formed with the inclusion of an aramid-based nonwoven fabric.

Approaching vehicle warning speaker device

A base portion has a separation wall, and an air hole is defined in the separation wall. A case portion defines a first space with the separation wall of the base portion. A covering portion defines a second space with the separation wall of the base portion. A waterproof and breathable sheet covers the air hole. A water guiding portion is arranged adjacent to a surface of the sheet not to contact the surface of the sheet. The water guiding portion is located between the covering portion and the sheet.

Housing structure

A housing structure for a sound generator includes a base portion having a separation wall; a case portion that defines a first space with the base portion; a covering portion that defines a second space with the base portion; a frame portion that projects toward the second space from the separation wall; a screen wall disposed on an outer side of the frame portion to define a groove between the screen wall and the frame portion; and a screen board arranged on an inner side of the screen wall. The screen board is distanced from the frame portion and the screen wall.

Housing structure for sound generator

Sound generated by a sound emitting unit passes through a first sound passage defined between a first shielding board and a shielding cylinder and a second sound passage defined between a second shielding board and the shielding cylinder, and is emitted outside from a sound emitting hole defined in at least one of a case and a cover. The second shielding board and the shielding cylinder shield a space between the sound emitting hole and the first sound passage when the first sound passage is seen from the sound emitting hole.
