A hydraulic control device includes: a plurality of coil assembles each including a coil bobbin, and a yoke which has a cylindrical shape, and which receives the coil bobbin; a case including a bottom wall, and receiving the coil assemblies arranged on one side of the bottom wall; a wall portion protruding from an end surface of the coil bobbin in an axial direction of the coil bobbin, within a projection surface obtained by projecting an outer shape of the yoke in the axial direction of the coil bobbin; a first engagement portion provided to the wall portion; and a second engagement portion provided to the case, and arranged to be engaged with the first engagement portion.

Hydraulic control device and brake control device

An electronic control device is provided with a hydraulic control block made of an aluminum alloy, a synthetic-resin component holder configured to hold electronic components such as a pressure sensor, and a printed board for controlling driving of hydraulic control apparatus via the component holder. Electrode terminals of the pressure sensor are connected to the printed board, a terminal configuration part of an electroconductive member, which is inserted into an insertion hole of a body wall of the component holder, is connected to a negative electrode wiring of the printed board, and the outer end edge of an elastic contact part of the electroconductive member is brought into elastic-contact with the hydraulic control block, to establish conduction therebetween. Hence, the electric potential difference between the pressure sensor and the hydraulic control block can be canceled, thus reducing an electrical noise of the pressure sensor.

Electronic control device

Electronic control device has case, circuit board and cover. Case bottom wall section has insertion guide rising up from top surface thereof. Insertion guide has guide hole in top section wall, through which terminal of solenoid coil is inserted, and guide groove surrounding at least three sides of terminal is formed to be continuous with guide hole. Terminal is inserted into insertion hole through guide groove from the bottom section of insertion guide, is guided to guide hole by guide groove, and projects from insertion guide through guide hole. Top section wall and circuit board are adjacent, and through hole is disposed directly above guide hole, thereby terminal projecting from insertion guide is guided to and inserted into through hole.

An electronic control device, comprising: a circuit board on which an electronic component having a heat generating characteristic is mounted; a resin made cabinet housing the circuit board; and a ventilation passage whose one end is opened to an inside of the cabinet and whose other end is opened to an outside of the cabinet to communicate between the inside of the cabinet and the outside of the cabinet, wherein the one end of the ventilation passage is opened to the electronic component having the heat generating characteristic and a standing wall is formed along an outer peripheral edge of the one end opening.

An electronic control device has a resin case to which a circuit board having a terminal contact pad is fixed; a hydraulic unit having an electromagnetic solenoid which controls a hydraulic circuit and a pressure sensor which detects a pressure of the hydraulic circuit; a motor post having a current-carrying member which electrically connects a motor and the circuit board and extending from the resin case and inserted in the hydraulic unit; and a fixing member which is provided at the resin case and holds an outer periphery of the pressure sensor. Positioning between the pressure sensor and the terminal contact pad of the circuit board is made by the motor post inserted in the hydraulic unit and fixation of the pressure sensor by the fixing member.

A busbar member is a unit to be connect with a hydraulic unit. The busbar member includes a base portion, and a surrounding wall which defines a receiving portion formed between the hydraulic unit and the base portion and which is arranged to receive a control section to control the hydraulic unit. The busbar member further includes a connector supporting portion which is formed integrally with the base portion, which projects from the base portion in a form of a cantilever and which is arranged to support a connector, and a bulging portion which is arranged to receive a component of the control section, which projects from the connector supporting portion and which is connected with the surrounding wall.

Electronic control apparatus

In an electronic control unit having a metallic control block in which a plurality of control equipments are installed, a metallic cover member fitted onto the metallic control block, and an electronic control mechanism retained between the control block and the cover member to drive the control equipments, the electronic control mechanism includes: a bus bar constituent made of a resin material and having a power electronic circuit to drive the control equipments; and a print board to control the drive of the control equipments via the bus bar constituent, the print board on which a plurality of electronic parts are mounted being fixed onto the bus bar constituent by means of a metallic fixture section and an electrically conducting section being disposed to electrically conduct the control block to the cover member to provide the same electric potential for both of the cover member and the control block.
