The invention provides a document data transmission device to swiftly transmit information that a user needs. The document data transmission device includes a storage unit that stores plural document data pieces and plural summary data pieces including contents information, a page data transmission request receiving unit that receives a page data transmission request transmitted from a user terminal, a page data transmitting unit that transmits specific page data of specific document data to the user terminal through a satellite network on the basis of the page data transmission request, a summary data transmission request receiving unit that receives a summary data transmission request transmitted from the user terminal, and a summary data transmitting unit that transmits specific summary data to the user terminal, on the basis of the summary data transmission request.

The outer circumferential portions of the opposite ends of a cylindrical photosensitive body provided with a photosensitive layer on a substrate is supported while the photosensitive body is driven. The rotation of the photosensitive body is controlled by control members which are a roll member, a tracking roll, an electrification roll member or the like. The substrate may be shaped into a cylinder by rolling up a metal strip or a metal plate and TIG-welding a joint portion thereof.

The present invention provides a method of supporting and driving an electro-photographic photoreceptor in which total deflection can be improved and vibration sound due to the total deflection can be prevented, and an imaging apparatus realizing the method. A sliding bearing 3 fixed to a supporting member 2 consisting of a box member is fitted into an inner circumferential surface of an end portion of a cylindrical substrate 1 in the axial direction thereof. An annular driving member 4 is fitted into the other end portion of the cylindrical substrate 1 in the axial direction thereof. A threaded hole is provided at the central portion of the driving member 4. When a screw 5 is inserted into the threaded hole, the driving member 4 is deformed in an outer diametrical direction thereof and fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical substrate 1. The driving member 4 is caused to be rotated by a driving source (not shown) which is connected to the driving member 4 via a gear 8. The cylindrical substrate 1 is interlocked with the rotation of the driving member 4 and is thereby rotated. Since the cylindrical substrate 1 is directly supported by the sliding bearing 3 and the driving member 4, very little deflection is caused to the substrate 1 so that the generation of vibration sound due to the deflection can be prevented.

The photoreceptor has a charging capacity of about 50 V/.mu.m or more and a rate of dark decay of 15%/sec or less.
