A battery module of includes a plurality of cells, a cooling plate, and a channel part formed in the cooling plate. The channel part includes a first channel part extending in an arrangement direction of the plurality of cells, a second channel part extending in parallel to the first channel part along the arrangement direction with a first partition part interposed between the first channel part and the second channel part, and a first communication part which brings one end of the first channel part of the arrangement direction and one end of the second channel part of the arrangement direction into communication with each other, and which turns a flowing direction of coolant in the first channel part and the second channel part.

Battery module

An electricity storage module includes: an electric storage unit block that is constituted by arraying a plurality of prismatic electric storage units through a holding member; and a cooling channel that is formed between the electric storage unit and the holding member, through which a cooling medium for cooling the electric storage unit flows. A part of a cooling medium inlet opening of the cooling channel is covered so that a flow speed of a cooling medium after flowing into the cooling channel is higher than a flow speed of a cooling medium before flowing into the cooling channel.

Electricity storage module

Equalization of a temperature distribution in a flow direction on a cooling plate is facilitated so that temperatures of plural cells that thermally contact with the cooling plate are equalized, to reduce variability in the state of charge-discharge and the lifetimes of the respective cells. A battery module includes a cooling plate having a refrigerant channel in which a refrigerant circulates, and plural cells that are thermally conductively coupled onto a surface of the cooling plate, in which the refrigerant channel is formed with plural large diameter pipes that decelerate the refrigerant, and plural small diameter pipes that accelerate the refrigerant, a channel sectional area of the large diameter pipes is larger than a refrigerant channel sectional area of the small diameter pipes arranged on an inflow side of the large diameter pipes.

Battery module and power supply apparatus

A battery module is configured so that the first cell string and the second cell string are arranged between the first plate member and the second plate member and the second cell string is arranged closer to the second plate member side than the first cell string is and is arranged closer to the outlet side than the first cell string is. At the inlet side of the housing, the inlet is arranged closer to the first plate member than to the second cell string, at least a part between the inlet side of the second cell string and the second plate member is covered by the inlet-side guide plate, and the cooling air is introduced into the housing through the inlet so as to form a flow of the cooling air along the first plate member and a flow of the cooling air along the inlet-side guide plate.

Magnetic separation purifying apparatus and magnetic separation purifying method

An apparatus for continuously producing polyester comprises three single reactors, i.e. a single esterification reactor (first reactor), a single initial polymerization reactor (second reactor) and a single final polymerization reactor (third reactor or final polymerizer), where at least one of the first reactor and the second reactor is free from an external stirring power source, or the third reactor is a horizontal, one-shaft-type, low speed rotation type reactor. Necessary number of reactors for the esterification and polycondensation reactions can be a minimum and necessary stirring power consumption for the reaction can be a minimum, and thus polyester polymers of good quality can be efficiently produced at a minimum energy cost in a necessary minimum reactor structure.

Process and apparatus for continuous polycondensation

Polybutylene terephthalate having good heat stability and excellent hydrolysis resistance is continuously produced in a series of a first reactor for reacting an aromatic dicarboxylic acid comprising terephthalic acid as a main ingredient or a derivative thereof with a glycol comprising 1,4-butanediol as a main ingredient, thereby producing an oligomer with an average degree of polymerization of 2.2 to 5, a second reactor for polycondensating the oligomer from the first reactor, thereby preparing a low polymerization product with an average degree of polymerization of 25 to 40, and a third reactor for further polycondensating the low polymerization product from the second reactor, thereby producing a high molecular weight polyester with an average degree of polymerization of 70 to 130, or followed by a fourth reactor for further polycondensing the polyester from the third reactor to an average degree of polymerization of 150 to 200, thereby producing a high molecular weight polyester. Another third reactor or a plurality of third reactors can be provided in parallel to the third reactor, thereby producing different kinds of polybutylene phthalate with different degrees of polymerization from that produced in the main line of the third and fourth reactors or adjusting operating conditions of each of a plurality of the third reactors to increase kinds, precise quality.

Production apparatus for polybutylene terephthalate

An apparatus for continuously producing polybutylene terephthalate, which comprises a first reactor for reacting an aromatic dicarboxylic acid with a glycol, thereby producing an oligomer, a second reactor for polycondensating the oligomer, thereby preparing a low polymerization product, and a third reactor for further polycondensating the low polymerization product, thereby producing a high molecular weight polyester, where the second reactor is a vertical, cylindrical polymerization vessel having a plurality of concentrical partitioned reaction compartments therein, each of the reaction compartments being provided with stirring blades and a heater, and an outlet for volatile matters being provided at the upper part of the vessel. The second reactor contributes to efficient and continuous production of polybutylene terephthalate having a good quality.

Production process and production apparatus for polybutylene terephthalate

Polybutylene terephthalate having good heat stability and excellent hydrolysis resistance is continuously produced in a series of a first reactor for reacting an aromatic dicarboxylic acid comprising terephthalic acid as a main ingredient or a derivative thereof with a glycol comprising 1,4-butanediol as a main ingredient, a second reactor for polycondensating the oligomer from the first reactor, and a third reactor for further polycondensating the low polymerization product from the second reactor, or followed by a fourth reactor for further polycondensing the polyester from the third reactor. Another third reactor or a plurality of third reactors can be provided in parallel to the third reactor.
