A power supply device includes a power supply circuit configured to output different voltages to a plurality of output lines, a plurality of capacitors provided in correspondence with the plurality of output lines, one end of each of the plurality of capacitors being coupled to a corresponding output line of the plurality of output lines and an other end thereof being coupled to a ground potential, a plurality of diodes provided in correspondence with the plurality of output lines, anodes of the plurality of diodes being coupled to the corresponding output lines and cathodes thereof being commonly coupled, and a discharge resistor coupled to the cathodes of the plurality of diodes.

A power supply circuit includes: a standby power supply; a first path coupled to the standby power supply; a main power supply configured to output power a voltage of which is higher than a voltage of power output by the standby power supply; a second path coupled to the main power supply; a switch disposed between the first path and the second path; and a power supply control circuit configured to, upon detection of output of the power from the main power supply, turn on the switch to switch a power supply that supplies power to the first path from the standby power supply to the main power supply, wherein the power supply control circuit is operated by the power supplied through the first path.

A power switching apparatus includes: a first input terminal to which first power is supplied; a second input terminal to which second power is supplied, the second power having a voltage that is lower than a voltage that the first power has; a first output terminal to supply to an outside the first power supplied to the first input terminal; and a second output terminal to supply to the outside the second power supplied to the second input terminal. First switching means manages the supplying of the second power from the first input terminal to the second output terminal. A power source system including power-factor modifying circuits to modify a power factor of supplied electric power, a time difference circuit to output start signals for instructing the power-factor modifying circuits to start an operation to the power-factor modifying circuits at specified time intervals, and a control circuit to supply the electric power to the power-factor modifying circuit to start the power-factor modifying circuit when the power-factor modifying circuit acquires the start signal output from the time difference circuit.

A function expansion device is electrically connected to an electronic apparatus by being inserted in a socket included in the electronic apparatus and expands a function of the electronic apparatus. The function expansion device includes a substrate on which a component is mounted, a first connecting terminal that is formed at an end portion of the substrate and is electrically connected to a first signal line that connects the electronic apparatus and the component in a one-to-one fashion, a second connecting terminal that is formed at the end portion of the substrate and is electrically connected to a second signal line that connects the electronic apparatus and the component redundantly, and a protection member that is formed to cover only the second connecting terminal.

Function expansion device, manufacturing method thereof and electronic apparatus system

As a base, a side wall, and a top board are integrated by integral molding in a printed circuit board module, the printed circuit board module is structured in a simple manner. Further, conductive terminals are used for fitting a printed circuit board. The printed circuit board is securely held between the electrically conductive terminals and the top board via an elasticity of the conductive terminals. Here, due to the functioning of the notches, the printed circuit board is positioned in a simple manner. Due to the functioning of the base, a printed circuit board module can stand erect. The printed circuit board establishes a vertical posture. The packaging area is reduced. The packaging density improves. Further, the flat surface of the top board that is formed facing upward with a certain extension is used as, for example, an absorbent face.

To reduce pattern resistance including a secondary winding in a power supply module having a pair of secondary windings transformer-coupled with a primary winding. The pair of secondary windings coupled with a primary winding through a transformer is drawn out in both directions each other, and further disposed on different layers. Also, output pattern films are disposed on both sides of the second and third layers, so that pattern films of wide shape can be produced.

Power supply module and electronic apparatus using the same

A card edge connector comprises a connector body and a conductive pad, and is constructed such that the conductive pad terminates at a predetermined distance from the end of the tip portion of the connector body, and that there is further provided a protective pad, adjacent to the terminating portion of the conductive pad, which is formed at the same time with the formation of a wiring pattern in a post-fabrication step of the wiring pattern. Using the card edge connector, an electric card and an electric equipment are also provided.
