There is provided an R-&#x3b8; table apparatus which freely movies one table on a plane in the forward-and-rearward and leftward-and-rightward directions and in the rotational direction. The R-&#x3b8; table apparatus changes a horizontal distance between a center line of a main axis of a driving apparatus and the action point by elevating an elevating base, and a table is moved to an arbitrary position without rotating along a guide member.

The invention relates to an apparatus for the dieless forming of a sheet. The apparatus comprises a pressing mechanism and a sheet holding mechanism which are moved with respect to each other in X, Y and Z-axis directions and has a fixed ceiling plate form having a plane shape matching the bottom profile of a product to be formed; a framelike support plate surrounding the ceiling plate form is raised and lowered by at least one pair of raising/lowering actuators, and restraining actuators apply a controllable restraining force to the sheet byway of a framelike restraining plate clamping the periphery of the sheet in the sheet thickness direction between itself and the support plate. A mechanism for causing the support plate to undergo balanced movement and a material flow control mechanism may be preferably further provided.

And particularly the differential pinion of the present invention is provided with an end relief section which is effective to reduce a noise and has a continuous fiber flow from a tooth face to the end relief section providing a high pitting resistance. The metal mold for plastic working the differential pinion of the present invention can provide the internal pressure working area of the die in a position deep below the open end by a required distance therefrom, thereby providing the metal mold with higher rigidity and strength. The present invention is to extrude helical internal gears and helical gears by pushing materials processed to any type of blank into a die unit successively by use of a punch, i.e., by passing the materials once through the die unit. A wear-resistant metal member comprises a surface that has a sprayed layer consisting essentially of, by weight, 2 to 10% C, 18 to 60% Cr, 0.3 to 20% V, 25% or less Mo, 25% or less W, 10% or less Nb, 10% or less Ti, 10% or less Zr, 10% or less Hf and the balance being Fe in a proportion of 20% or greater.
