The disclosure relates generally to knowledge retrieval using ontology-based context matching. Conventional knowledge retrieval methods and systems are based on generative context that is modeled loosely as some meta data annotations. The meta data annotations do not provide sufficient semantic basis for meaningful context matching, compromising safety aspect. Other typical systems are designed such that the context is encoded into knowledge elements themselves, thus matching is too strict and the knowledge can only be used in contexts that match exactly, compromising the reuse aspect. The disclosed method and system explicitly models the context in which knowledge is generated, and matches the problem context with the generative context of knowledge, with respect to the underlying domain ontology, to assess the degree of similarity between the two, which then provides the basis for ranking the suitability of different knowledge elements for the problem context.

A method and system is provided for transforming mesh for simulating manufacturing processes and products. The present application provides a method and system for transforming mesh for simulating at least one manufacturing process and at least one product comprises of selecting one or more transformation rules; executing the selected one or more transformation rules for obtaining a transformation chain; and executing the obtained transformation chain for obtaining a transformed mesh data using a transformation engine.

The present subject matter relates a testing system for an application. The system includes a test data generation module to generate test data for a program code. The test data generation module in turn includes a relational expression creation module that determines a relational expression corresponding to a set of parameters of the program code based on a rule indicating a format of a valid test data for the parameters. A boundary recognition module identifies a set of boundary values of the parameters based on the relational expression. Further, a solver module then generates valid test data and invalid test data for the parameters based on the boundary values.
