The touch sensitive device of the present disclosure includes an electroactive film including a siloxane polymer having a fluoro group or a chloro group bonded to a part of the backbone, and the electroactive film has a dielectric constant that is improved by 15% or more by elongation at an elongation rate of 100% or more.
