A shared work space application provides a work space that is commonly accessible across devices and applications so that a user can select and drop items into the shared work space and then pick them up again later using the same or different devices and applications. The shared work space application can use available inputs and data to surface contextually-relevant reminders to the user that there are items in the shared work space that he or she has not finished using. A task or project can be completed from within a variety of different applications and devices using the shared work space and items can be combined into a single object for sharing with one or more of the user's contacts. The shared work space application can also provide a convenient launch point into other communication applications and sharing experiences.

In a messaging session, messages are generated and displayed to each participant so that they can see the interactions with the digital assistant as if it was a participant.

A wide variety of use default communication line scenarios are supported. Communication lines can be selected based on any of a rich set of input factors.

Intelligent communication line selection supporting rich context of input factors

A context-aware personalization system operable with a device such as a smartphone, tablet, personal computer (PC), game console, etc. extracts user interaction patterns from a graph, which is generated using telemetry data points, of a device user's behaviors and interactions. The telemetry data is mined from instrumented applications, operating system, and other components executing on the device. A machine learning pattern recognition algorithm is applied to the behavior and interaction graph to generate a dataset that can include a prioritized list of activities. The list is used to automatically implement personalization of the local device that are tailored to the user while also enabling background agents and processes associated with lower priority applications to be suspended to preserve device resources such as processor cycles, memory, battery power, etc. and increase device performance.

The described systems and methods are directed at persisting data between web pages. A server receives object-related data associated with a first web page and a request for posting to a second web page from a client. The object-related data includes information about the objects in the first web page. Instances of the objects associated with the first web page are reconstructed based, at least in part, on the object-related data. The server generates rendering data of the second web page based, at least in part, on the reconstructed object instances. In this manner, the object-related data is allowed to persist from the first web page to the second web page.

This method determines a declaration in a source file for a web page. The declaration is associated with an object. The method determines the views associated with the object where each of the views includes a user-interface. A flow for navigating through the views is determined. The views are rendered in accordance with the navigational flow.

Systems and methods for defining web content navigation

A verification tool applies a set of rules to determine whether an application object is rule compliant when a condition associated with the object is met. The verification tool determines whether the object is associated with a rule compliant property value. If the property value does not comply with the rule, then the rule has been violated and an error message is issued. The rule corresponds to settings implemented by a developer on the component. Thus, the developer is informed when at least one property value associated with the object does not comply with the corresponding rule. Feedback is provided about which specific object is not rule compliant such that the component may be modified to be rule compliant.
