Systems, apparatuses, and methods for providing an account token to an external entity during the lifecycle of a payment transaction. In some embodiments, an external entity may be a merchant computer requesting authorization of a payment message. In other embodiments, the external entity may be a support computer providing a payment processing network or a merchant support functions.

Cardless challenge systems and methods

A computer-implemented method of communicating payment data. The method includes receiving at a server, via a digital communication network, payment data transmitted from a first computing device that is connected to a peer-to-peer network and not in direct communication with the server. The payment data is received directly from a first peer computing device that is in communication with the peer-to-peer network and the server. The method also includes, at the server, analyzing, via one or more processors, the payment data to determine a payment response message. The method also includes transmitting from the server, via the digital communication network, the payment response message to a second peer computing device that is in communication with the server and in communication with the peer-to-peer network. The payment response message is communicated from the second peer computing device to the first computing device through the peer-to-peer network.

Provided is a method for presenting images with embedded links for multi-channel redemption in a user interface. The method includes displaying an image including a first selectable portion and a second selectable portion, wherein a first link is embedded in the first selectable portion and points to a portal under control of a transaction handler, the first link identifying an offer for a merchant including at least one condition, and wherein a second link is embedded in the second selectable portion and points to the merchant. The method further includes, in response to a user selecting the first selectable portion of the image and following the first link, identifying, by the transaction handler and/or the portal, the user and an account of the user, and associating, by the transaction handler and/or the portal under control of the transaction handler, the offer with the account of the user.

Systems and methods for multi-channel offer redemption

An advertised incentive system receives advertised incentive configuration information provided by a merchant. The advertised incentive configuration information defines the content of advertised incentive banners. The advertised incentive banners are provided as needed to merchants to display on the merchant's website. Advertised incentive registration information is received from an account holder after the account holder interacts with the advertised incentive banner. Transaction information is received that contains a qualified purchase made by the account holder. The advertised incentive registration and the qualified purchase are matched. A statement credit is issued against the account holder's account and a debit is issued against the merchant's account in the amount of the statement credit.

A method and system are presented for sorting alert and offer messages on a mobile device. One embodiment of the invention is directed to a method including receiving alert messages at a mobile device where each alert message contains transaction data associated with a transaction conducted with a merchant. Upon receiving the alert messages, the mobile device receives alert message sorting criteria from a user associated with the mobile device, sorts the alert messages according to the received offer sorting criteria, and displays the sorted alert messages.
