An electric machine of a motor vehicle, in particular of an adjustment drive or of a radiator fan, has a rotor which is mounted so as to be rotatable about a machine axis. The rotor has a number of permanent magnets which are arranged in the radial direction. Each permanent magnet has one side with a strong magnetic flux and one side with a weak magnetic flux in the tangential direction. When the permanent magnets are adjacent in the tangential direction, different sides are directed towards one another.

Electric machine, method of manufacturing the electric machine, rotor and adjustment device

An electrical machine, in particular an electric motor of a motor vehicle, having a stator and having a rotor which has a rotation axis. An electrical machine can be a brushless electric motor (DC motor) or a synchronous machine, but also a generator. The stator or the rotor has an electromagnet structure, and the other has a permanent-magnet structure which comprises a first quantity of permanent magnets and a second quantity of permanent magnets. At at least the operating temperature (T), the magnetic coercive field strength (Hcji) of the first quantity is greater than the magnetic coercive field strength (Hcj2) of the second quantity. Further, two methods for producing hybrid magnets are provided.

Electrical machine

An electrical machine, in particular an electric motor of a motor vehicle, having a stator and having a rotor which has a rotation axis. In this case, an electrical machine can be a brushless electric motor (DC motor) or a synchronous machine, but also a generator. The stator or the rotor has an electromagnet structure and the other has a permanent-magnet structure which comprises a first quantity of permanent magnets and a second quantity of permanent magnets. At an operating temperature, the magnetic coercive field strength of the first quantity is greater than the magnetic coercive field strength of the second quantity.

Efficient electric machine

An electrical machine is provided, in particular an electric motor having a stator and also a rotor which is mounted such that it can rotate about a rotor axis and has a rotor body, wherein permanent magnets are arranged in holders of the rotor body. The permanent magnets being composed of a mixed material, wherein the mixture is set in such a way that the mixed material has a remanence field strength Br of between 0.6 Tesla and 1 Tesla and a coercive field strength Hcj of between 1300 and 2500 KA/m. Permanent magnets or composite bodies can be arranged in holders, and the permanent magnets or composite bodies can have a contour, the cross-sectional area of said contour which is situated perpendicular to the longitudinal axis being reduced within the respective holder in the direction of the radially further outer end of said holder.
