A display apparatus includes a first transistor including a first semiconductor layer and a first electrode that at least partially overlaps the first semiconductor layer. A first capacitor includes the first electrode and a second electrode that at least partially overlaps the first electrode. A second capacitor includes the second electrode and a third electrode that at least partially overlaps the second electrode. A first data line is configured to transfer a data voltage therethrough. First and second scan lines are configured to transfer first and second scan signals therethrough, respectively. A second transistor connects the first data line to the second electrode in response to the first scan signal. A third transistor connects the first electrode to a drain of the first transistor in response to the second scan signal.

Display apparatus including overlapping elements

A display device includes a display panel and a diffraction pattern layer. The display panel includes pixels. The diffraction pattern layer includes diffraction patterns arranged on the display panel and configured to diffract at least a portion of light from the pixels. The pixels include a first unit pixel and a second unit pixel. The diffraction patterns include first unit diffraction patterns and second unit diffraction patterns. The first unit diffraction patterns are arranged on the first unit pixel. The second unit diffraction patterns are arranged on the second unit pixel. Display apparatus with improved quality of an image output

A display device includes a display panel including a light-emitting device to emit light; and an input sensor disposed on the display panel. The input sensor includes a first insulating layer disposed on the display panel; a first conductive layer disposed on the first insulating layer; a second insulating layer covering the first conductive layer; and a second conductive layer disposed on the second insulating layer. A method of manufacturing a display apparatus, the method including forming an amorphous silicon layer on a substrate, placing the substrate with the amorphous silicon layer in a chamber having a window on an upper portion thereof, and directing a laser beam toward the window, and converting the amorphous silicon layer into a polycrystalline silicon layer by irradiating the amorphous silicon layer with the laser beam while nitrogen gas is discharged from a nozzle located adjacent to an opening of a stabilizing room, wherein the laser beam reaches the amorphous silicon layer on the substrate after passing through the window, the stabilization room, and the opening of the stabilization room, wherein the opening faces the substrate.
