A nailer with an illumination device located adjacent to the muzzle thereof comprises a nailer and an illumination device. The nailer has a muzzle defined at a front end of a housing thererof, between the muzzle and the housing is arranged a panel and a protection hood covered on the panel, and on the protection hood is formed a notch aligned with the muzzle. Beneath the protection hold is disposed a circuit board, on the circuit board is battery. A positioning hole is defined in a side of the protection hood facing the housing. A buffer is disposed in the positioning hole of the protection hood in such a manner that a part of the buffer protrudes out of the positioning hole and is to be pressed against the housing. The illumination device is disposed beneath the protection hood of the nailer and located correspondingly to the notch.

The present invention provides a structure of the inner head housing, which is placed inside the nail tip cover. The structure includes a movable base of the air-resistant ring, which is placed inside the slot of the fixed liner ring. The resilient component is used to support the movable base towards the direction of the cylinder under normal circumstances. The fixed liner ring is a single component; therefore, it is easy to process and make it smooth. The inner side of the nail tip cover does not need to be processed; therefore, it greatly reduces cost of processing and becomes more practical.

The nailing machine with safety mechanism is located between fastener and nailing part of nailing machine. The safety mechanism includes an adjustable shelf, which shifts recurrently within a limited range. The first end of adjustable shelf is linked to the fastener, and second end extends towards nailing part. One side of retainer is normally protruded from exterior of nailing part, and the other side extends towards adjustable shelf. The revolving controller is provided with a pin joint and a revolving end. The revolving end will limit and fix simultaneously adjustable shelf and retainer, or, in the case of second swinging angle, the revolving end will release adjustable shelf and retainer. When an idle nailing machine is firstly withheld by a fastener, the adjustable shelf will shift outwards, and then drive revolving end of revolving controller to separate from the adjustable shelf.

Nailing machine with a safety mechanism

The present invention relates to a safety device for preventing a nailer from dry firing, wherein an elongated hole is formed on the magazine, the safety link is provided with a folded projection in response to the elongated hole, a safety nut is pivotally disposed in the elongated hole. The magazine is provided with an elastic element for keeping the safety nut flush with the edge of the elongated hole. After the last nail is shot (when no nails are loaded), the safety nut will be pushed out of the elongated hole by the drive plate so as to prevent the nailer from being fired. Thus, the user's strength and energy are saved, meanwhile, the service life of the nailer is prolonged.

Safety device for preventing a nailer from dry firing

An exhausted air dispensing device for a power nailer includes an end cap on a rear end of the nailer and an annular recess is defined in a surface of the end cap. A protrusion is located in a center of the annular recess and a plurality of holes are defined radially through the protrusion. An annular groove is defined radially inward in a periphery of the protrusion. A cover has a flange which is engaged with the annular recess in the end cap and an opening is defined radially through the flange. A circular lip extending from a surface of the cover and has an annular hook which is rotatably engaged with the annular groove.

Engagement structure between a cover and an end cap on a rear end of a power nailer

A sealing assembly for an inlet valve of a power nailer includes a fixed frame and a movable member which has a tubular portion movably inserted through the central hole of the fixed frame and is biased by a spring. The movable member is connected to the cylinder so as to push the piston of the cylinder. The fixed frame has a flange with a tapered distal edge so that a seal is mounted to the flange and the seal has a tongue portion rested on the tapered distal edge. The tongue portion movably contacts the tubular portion. The movable member has a tapered distal edge on which a tongue portion of another seal is rested and movably contacts a flange of the fixed frame.

Sealing assembly for an inlet valve of a power nailer

A ventilation device of a power stapler which has an end base connected to the rear end of the power stapler and a cap is rotatably mounted to the end base. The end base has a recess and a protrusion extends from a bottom of the recess. At least one aperture is defined radially through the protrusion and a boss extends from the protrusion. The cap has a skirt portion and a passage is defined radially through the cap so that the skirt portion is engaged with the recess between the protrusion and the inside defining the recess. The boss is engaged with one of the dents of the cap so that the location of the passage can be adjusted by rotating the cap.

Ventilation device of a power stapler

A cylinder inlet valve for a power stapler includes a head member connected to the rear end of the barrel of the stapler and a cap movably connected between the head member and the cylinder between which a seal is connected which has a flexible portion so that when the cap is moved, the seal is removed from the cylinder and the flexible portion is extended and the sealed situation between the cap and the head member is maintained. Another seal is mounted to the neck portion of the cap with its tongue portion and connected between the neck portion and the short flange of the head member, so that the friction between the neck portion of the cap and the tongue portion is small when the cap is moved.

Cylinder inlet valve for a power stapler

A stapler includes a driving member slidably disposed in the front portion for driving the nails or the like and includes a chamber for receiving a base and a casing and includes a channel for allowing the air to be discharged to the rear portion of the stapler. A valve member is slidably received in the casing and is biased to engage with a valve seat of the stapler for blocking the pressurized air to drive the driving member. The base has an aperture for receiving the pressurized air and for allowing the pressurized air to balance the valve member. The pressurized air in the casing is allowed to flow out of the stapler for allowing the valve member to be forced away from the valve seat when a button is forced to block the aperture of the base.
