A method, a computer system, and a computer program product for two-way document generation for medical communication are provided. Patient data from a patient may be received. Medical services provider data from a medical services provider may be received. The patient data and the medical services provider data may be run through a machine learning model so that the machine learning model may produce a first document and a second document. The first document may be presented to the patient. The second document may be presented to the medical services provider.

Two-way questionnaire generation for medical communication

A geographic location to which a user intends to travel, medical information pertaining to the user and conditions at the geographic location that impact health of human beings can be identified. A health impact model can be created for the user, the health impact model analyzing the determined conditions at the geographic location in a context of the accessed medical information pertaining to the user. Based on the analyzing by the health impact model, a score can be assigned to an anticipated health impact on the user of the identified conditions at the geographic location. If the score assigned to the anticipated health impact on the user of the identified conditions at the geographic location exceeds a threshold value, at least one action for the user can be automatically initiated and controlled.

Data synchronization includes receiving an update request from a client system for a first record set, wherein the update request includes search criteria used to initially determine the first record set and hash summaries of records of the first record set, and searching a data storage device for records matching the search criteria. The searching generates a second record set of records having hash summaries. Record identifiers of records of the second record set may be compared with record identifiers of the hash summaries of the first record set. Responsive to determining that a record identifier of a selected hash summary of the first record set matches a record identifier of a record of the second record set, a determination may be made whether hash fields of the selected hash summaries mismatch and, responsive to determining a mismatch between hash fields, a field of the record of the second record set represented by the mismatched hash fields may be sent to the client system without sending fields of record determined to match.

The product identification service also includes functionality to generate a candidate product set comprising candidate retail product images satisfying image comparison criteria. An apparatus, system, and method are disclosed for product identification using image analysis and user interaction. The method may include comparing a retail product image to a plurality of candidate retail product images. In addition, the method may include generating a candidate product set containing candidate retail product images satisfying image comparison criteria. The method may determine one or more product identity queries configured to solicit additional product identity information from a user. In addition, the product identity queries may eliminate one or more members of the candidate product set. The method may query the user with these inquiries and determine a product match based on the user's response. Therefore a user may obtain information about a product using only a picture and a user's knowledge of the product.
