The present invention relates to a display apparatus. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the display apparatus includes a case, a display inside the case, and a heat exchanger disposed on a rear surface of the case to perform heat exchange between an outside and an inside of the case, wherein a first space and a second space separated from each other are formed on a front surface and a rear surface of the display, respectively, and heat exchange is performed between the first space and the second space, wherein heat exchange with the second space and the outside is performed through the heat exchanger. Thereby, the temperature inside the display apparatus that is installable outside may be effectively cooled.

The present invention is a display device comprising: a housing providing an inner space; a plate in the housing, the plate dividing the inner space into a front space and a rear space and including an opening communicating the front space with the rear space; a display module in the front space, the display module mounted on the plate and covering the opening; and an inlet and an outlet formed at the housing, the inlet and the outlet communicating the rear space with an outside of the housing.

There is disclosed a display device comprising a front case, a display panel spaced apart from the front case to define a first space therebetween, a backlight unit coupled to a rear surface of the display panel, a middle frame spaced apart from a rear surface of the backlight unit to define a second space therebetween, a rear case spaced apart from a rear surface of the middle frame to define a third space therebetween, wherein the rear case is coupled to the front case to enclose the first space, the second space, and the third space such that air is not permitted to flow between the first, second, and third spaces and an exterior of the display device, a closed cooling unit disposed such that air is permitted to flow between the closed cooling unit and the first, second, and third spaces, a closed heat exchange unit disposed at the rear case and configured such that air is permitted to flow between the closed heat exchange unit and the first, second, and third spaces via the closed cooling unit, an open heat exchange unit disposed at the rear case and configured such that air is permitted to flow between the open heat exchange unit and the exterior of the display device, wherein the open heat exchange unit is further configured to exchange heat with the closed heat exchange unit and an open cooling unit configured to exhaust air from the open heat exchange unit to the exterior of the display device.

A home appliance and an operation method thereof are disclosed. The operation method of the home appliance includes entering a voice recognition mode, receiving a voice data through a microphone, recognizing the received voice date, and, in a case in which the recognized voice data contains information related to another home appliance, transmitting the recognized voice data to the corresponding home appliance. A digital sign and a method of driving a digital sign are provided. The digital sign may include a case, a display panel provided in the case, and a circuit unit to drive the display panel. An inner space of the case may include a first space and a second space, with a first end of the first space connected to a first end of the second space. A suction port may be formed in the case to guide external air into the inner space, and a discharge port may be formed in the case to discharge the air from the case. A circulation fan may be provided in the inner space to induce flow of air in the inner space, and a circulation damper may be disposed between second ends of the first space and the second space to open and close the second ends thereof. The air introduced through the suction port passes through the inner space of the case and is discharged through the discharge port when the circulation damper is closed, and the air circulates in the first space and the second space when the circulation damper is opened.

Digital sign and method of driving the same

An image display device is provided that efficiently cools a display and internal circuit components thereof. The image display device includes a display for displaying visual information, circuit components spaced apart from a rear side of the display, a fan installed on the rear side of the display that generates an airflow from one side of the display to the other side of the display so as to cool the display and the circuit components, and an airflow distribution device facing the fan to selectively distribute the airflow generated by the fan towards the display and the circuit components based on temperatures of the display and the circuit components.
