Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless communication device may map a code block to resources, of a physical shared channel, that are allocated for data-modulated demodulation reference signals (DMRSs) in which each of the resources carries both at least a portion of a DMRS sequence and data. The wireless communication device may transmit a communication, via the physical shared channel, that includes the code block that is mapped to the resources that are allocated for the data-modulated DMRSs. Numerous other aspects are provided.

A semiconductor package includes an interposer substrate on a package substrate. The interposer substrate includes an upper pad on an upper surface of the insulating layer, a lower pad on a lower surface of the insulating layer, and a redistribution structure penetrating the insulating layer between the upper surface and the lower surface to connect the upper pad and the lower pad. A semiconductor chip is disposed above the interposer substrate and connected to the upper pad, and a connection bump directly contacts a lower surface of the lower pad. The redistribution structure includes redistribution layers and redistribution vias connected to the redistribution layers, wherein each of the redistribution layers and each of the redistribution vias includes a metal material layer and a plating seed layer, and the lower pad directly contacts the plating seed layer.

The system transmits a first signal for a first duration and receives a first reflection of the first signal from a first object during a second duration. The system transmits a second signal for a third duration longer than the first duration and receives a second reflection of the second signal from a second object during a fourth duration. The system calculates a position of the first object and the second object based on the first reflection and the second reflection. The first signal, first duration, and second duration are configured to detect reflections from objects within a first distance of the system. The second signal, third duration, and fourth duration are configured to detect reflections from objects between the first distance and a second distance from the system.

A method, apparatus, or computer-readable medium with instructions for beam management for radio frequency (RF) sensing at a wireless device. The wireless device performs a first beamsweep of an RF signal and measures a reflection of the RF signal based on the first beamsweep. The wireless device performs a second beamsweep of the RF signal, wherein the first beamsweep is based on a different parameter than the second beamsweep and measures the reflection of the RF signal based on the second beamsweep. The wireless device selects a beam for RF sensing based on the first beamsweep and the second beamsweep.

One innovative aspect of the subject matter described in this disclosure can be implemented in a method for wireless communication. The method includes determining a configuration of reference signal (RS) resources to be used by a user-equipment (UE) to perform beam measurements, transmitting, to the UE, an indication of the configuration of the RS resources, and receiving, from the UE, a report indicating a plurality of RS resource indicators based on the beam measurements, each of the RS resource indicators being associated with one of the RS resources. In some aspects, the BS selects a subset of the RS resources based on the report from the UE, transmits, to the UE, an indication to provide channel measurement information for the subset of the RS resources, and receives a report including the channel measurement information from the UE. The BS may also perform joint precoding of signals for transmission via the RS resources based on the channel measurement information.

In an aspect, a transmitter base station determines a configuration for a radio frequency (RF) sensing signal, the configuration determined based at least in part on coordination among a plurality of base stations, and transmits the RF sensing signal to at least one receiver base station based on the configuration. Using base stations for air-interface-based environment sensing without user equipment assistance

Wireless communications systems and methods related to communications in a network are provided. A first wireless communication device may perform in a shared radio frequency band during a first portion of a frame period, a first listen-before-talk (LBT) using a first beam characteristic. Additionally, the first wireless communication device may perform in the shared radio frequency band during a second portion of the frame period, a second LBT using a second set of beam characteristics different from the first beam characteristic. The first wireless communication device may communicate with a second wireless communication device in the shared radio frequency band during the second portion of the frame period, one or more communication signals using the second set of beam characteristics. The device includes a first encoder configured to receive a person background image corresponding to a video part of a speech video of a person and extract an image feature vector from the person background image, a second encoder configured to receive a speech audio signal corresponding to an audio part of the speech video and extract a voice feature vector from the speech audio signal, a combiner configured to generate a combined vector by combining the image feature vector output from the first encoder and the voice feature vector output from the second encoder, and a decoder configured to reconstruct the speech video of the person using the combined vector as an input.
