An organic light emitting diode display includes: a substrate; a first electrode on the substrate; a second electrode opposed to the first electrode; a first light emitting unit and a second light emitting unit between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a charge generation layer between the first light emitting unit and the second light emitting unit. The first light emitting unit includes a blue fluorescent light emitting layer. The second light emitting unit includes a blue light emitting layer and a yellow light emitting layer.

A broadcast signal receiving apparatus comprises a tuner configured to be tuned to a locking frequency selected corresponding to a broadcast signal and receive the broadcast signal at the selected locking frequency; a communicator configured to perform wireless communication with an external apparatus through a plurality of channels different in a frequency band from each other; and a processor configured to control the communicator to perform the wireless communication through a channel having less interference between the selected locking frequency and the frequency band among the plurality of channels. According to an exemplary embodiment, the frequency interference with the wireless communication can be avoided in advance in terms of receiving the broadcast signal. Further, image quality can be guaranteed even when the wireless communication is used, in terms of receiving the broadcast signal.

Broadcast signal receiving apparatus and control method thereof

A display apparatus includes: a display member including a base substrate and a plurality of pixels disposed on the base substrate to display an image, a window member disposed on the display member and including a transparent part through which the image is transmitted and a bezel part disposed between the transparent part and the display member and contacting the transparent part, and a filling member disposed between the window member and the base substrate and contacting the bezel part. The bezel part includes a first layer contacting the transparent part and a second layer disposed between the first layer and the filling member. The second layer has an opening that overlaps the filling member in a plan view, and the filling member is disposed in the opening.

An organic light emitting display apparatus includes a substrate, an organic layer on the substrate, wherein the organic layer includes a first concave portion and a first convex portion on a surface thereof, a first electrode on the organic layer, wherein the first electrode includes a second concave portion and a second convex portion on a surface thereof, a second electrode on the first electrode, and an emission layer between the first and second electrodes. A vertical distance between the second concave portion and the second convex portion is less than that between the first concave portion and the first convex portion.

Organic light emitting display apparatus and method of manufacturing same

Nonvolatile memory devices include a two-dimensional array of nonvolatile memory cells having a plurality of memory cells of unequal size therein. These memory cells may include those that have unequal channel widths associated with respective word lines and those having unequal channel lengths associated with respective bit lines that are connected to corresponding strings of nonvolatile memory cells (e.g., NAND-type strings). Control circuitry is also provided that is electrically coupled to the two-dimensional array of nonvolatile memory cells. This control circuitry may operate to concurrently program first and second nonvolatile memory cells having unequal sizes from an erased state (e.g., logic 1) to an equivalent programmed state (e.g., logic 0). This is done by establishing unequal first and second word line-to-channel region voltages in the first and second nonvolatile memory cells, respectively, during an operation to program a row of memory cells in the two-dimensional array of nonvolatile memory cells, which includes the first and second nonvolatile memory cells of unequal size.

Nonvolatile memory devices having memory cell arrays with unequal-sized memory cells and methods of operating same

Provided is a semiconductor memory device. The semiconductor memory device includes: a voltage generator adjusting a DC voltage supplied into the semiconductor memory device according to a current temperature; and a control logic activating a temperature detection operation of the voltage generator and an adjustment operation of the DC voltage according to an operation mode, wherein the voltage generator adjusts the DC voltage according to offset information about the semiconductor memory device.

Non-volatile memory device having temperature compensator and memory system thereof

Provided is a flash memory device. The flash memory device includes a memory cell array, and a voltage generator. The memory cell array is connected to a plurality of word lines. The voltage generator generates a program voltage which is supplied to a selected word line of the word lines and a pass voltage which is supplied to a non-selected word line of the word lines, in a program operation. The voltage generator varies a level of the pass voltage with a temperature.
