A display device can include a base part, a semiconductor light emitting device disposed on a first region of the base part, and a plurality of assembly electrodes extending along one direction on the base part and to which a voltage is applied to dispose the semiconductor light emitting device at a pre-set position on the first region. The plurality of assembly electrodes are disposed not to overlap a thin film transistor.

The present disclosure relates to a ternary photoactive layer composition and an organic solar cell including the same. According to the present disclosure, excessive crystal growth and aggregation can be prevented during large-area coating of a photoactive layer, uniform morphology can be achieved without significant phase separation, an organic solar cell with superior photovoltaic cell characteristics can be realized, and superior performance may be maintained even after long-term exposure to heat by preventing the morphological change of the photoactive layer.

A self-healing conjugated polymer is disclosed. The self-healing conjugated polymer has hydrogen bonding functional groups introduced into its side chains. Due to this structure, the conjugated polymer is imparted with the ability to recover through self-healing while maintaining its inherent properties (for example, physical and electrical properties). Based on this effective self-healing ability, the conjugated polymer is expected to find application as a biomaterial, a pharmaceutical material, a nonlinear optical material or an organic electronic material.

The display device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate; a first assembly electrode and a second assembly electrode arranged to be spaced apart on the substrate; an insulating layer deposited on top of the first assembly electrode and the second assembly electrode; an assembly hole defining a pixel area formed on the insulating layer; a semiconductor light-emitting element assembled in the assembly hole; and a wiring electrode electrically connected to the semiconductor light-emitting element, wherein the first assembly electrode and the second assembly electrode have a pattern for generating non-uniform electric field in the assembly hole by means of applied voltage, and the semiconductor light-emitting element is assembled, on the basis of the non-uniform electric field, at a specific location in the assembly hole after moving in a specific direction.
