A display device is disclosed that includes a display panel and an input sensor including a plurality of conductive patterns. The conductive patterns include a first sensing electrode including first sensing patterns and bridge patterns, a second sensing electrode spaced apart from the first sensing electrode, and dummy patterns each overlapping the second sensing electrode and a first sensing pattern adjacent to the second sensing electrode in the first direction. Each of the bridge patterns is connected to two first sensing patterns through first contact holes. When a region, in which each of the plurality of dummy patterns overlaps each of the corresponding first sensing pattern and the second sensing electrode, is defined as an overlapping region, a dummy hole, which passes through a conductive pattern disposed on an upper part among the corresponding first sensing pattern, the second sensing electrode, and the plurality of dummy patterns, in a thickness direction, is defined in the overlapping region. Each of the bridge patterns is disposed between two dummy patterns in the second direction. Distances between the two dummy patterns and the bridge pattern, disposed between the two dummy patterns, are uniform in the second direction.

The method comprises forming a dielectric layer on an encapsulation layer including a first encapsulation region and a second encapsulation region adjacent to the first encapsulation region, forming a conductive layer on the dielectric layer, forming a first photoresist layer on the conductive layer that overlaps each of the first and second encapsulation regions, forming a second photoresist layer on the first photoresist layer that overlaps the second encapsulation region, and etching the conductive layer based on the first and second photoresist layers. When viewed in a thickness direction of a display panel including the encapsulation layer, at least a portion of the encapsulation layer overlapping the second encapsulation region has a thickness greater than that of the encapsulation layer overlapping the first encapsulation region.

A display device includes: a substrate including a display area and a non-display area; and a touch unit on the substrate, wherein the touch unit includes: a first inorganic insulating layer in the display area; a first conductive layer on the first inorganic insulating layer; a first organic layer on the first conductive layer; a second conductive layer on the first organic layer and electrically connected to the first conductive layer through a first contact hole in the first organic layer; and a second organic layer on the second conductive layer so as to cover a lateral surface and a top surface of the second conductive layer and including a photosensitive material.

Disclosed herein is a display device. The display device includes: a display panel including a substrate; and a touch sensing unit located on the substrate. The touch sensing unit includes: a first pattern including a plurality of first lines; a first insulating layer located on the first pattern; and a second pattern located on the first insulating layer, and including a plurality of second lines overlapping the first lines in parallel with each other on a plane. Both side first boundary lines defining a width of each of the first lines are located between both side second boundary lines defining a width of each of the second lines on a plane.

An electronic device includes an organic layer disposed in a bendable region and a connection wiring disposed on the organic layer. The connection wiring is connected to the signal lines connected to pixels of a display unit. The organic layer and the connection wiring in the bendable region include the same materials as those in an input sensing unit.

The display panel includes a display region that includes a light emitting region and a peripheral region surrounding the light emitting region, a pad region spaced apart from the display region, and a bending region located between the display region and the pad region. The touch screen is positioned on the display panel and includes a plurality of touch screen electrodes and an organic insulation structure. The plurality of touch screen electrodes is located in the display region. The organic insulation structure is positioned to cover the plurality of touch screen electrodes in the display region, and extends in a first direction from the display region into the bending region and the pad region.
