A catalyst regenerator for regenerating a coked catalyst produced along with a olefin by mixing naphtha and a catalyst with each other to cause a naphtha cracking reaction, and falling from a cyclone which separates the coked catalyst and the olefin produced from the naphtha cracking reaction, includes: a vessel accommodating a catalyst layer formed by stacking the catalyst; a partial oxidation burner producing a high-temperature gas containing solid carbon; and supply nozzles connected to the partial oxidation burner, installed on a bottom of the vessel toward the falling catalyst and the catalyst layer, and spraying the high-temperature gas containing the solid carbon to the catalyst and the catalyst layer.

Catalyst regenerator and catalyst regeneration method

A catalyst regenerator according to an embodiment of the present invention, as a catalyst regenerator that regenerates a coked catalyst separated from a product produced in an endothermic catalytic reaction of a fluidized bed reactor, includes: a reaction chamber that includes a regeneration space, receives the coked catalyst from a standpipe connected to the regeneration space, and discharges a regenerated catalyst to an outlet; a fuel supplier that is connected to the reaction chamber to inject a fuel for combustion into the regeneration space; and a fuel supplier that is connected to the reaction chamber to inject an air for combustion into the regeneration space, wherein the fuel injected from the fuel supplier is a reformed fuel containing hydrogen and carbon monoxide.

Catalyst regenerator

A process discharge gas polluted material removal device with a regenerating means of a polluted oxidation catalyst includes: an oxidation catalyst tower connected to a pipe circulating a process discharge gas including a combustible material, an organic material, an inorganic material, and nitrogen oxide and having a first temperature and having an oxidation catalyst embedded therein, the oxidation catalyst oxidizing and removing the combustible material; and a plasma reactor connected to the oxidation catalyst tower in front of the oxidation catalyst, generating a synthesis gas including hydrogen and having a high temperature of 300&#xb0; C. or more by a plasma reaction, and supplying the synthesis gas including the hydrogen to the oxidation catalyst to regenerate the oxidation catalyst poisoned by the organic material and the inorganic material.

A catalyst regenerator includes: a container including a catalyst inlet through which a coked catalyst is introduced and a catalyst outlet to which a regenerated catalyst is discharged; a first supply unit formed below the catalyst inlet and supplying a syngas containing solid carbon to the coked catalyst introduced into the container; and a second supply unit formed below the first supply unit and supplying high-temperature air into the container.
