The electronic device includes a lateral member forming at least one region of the lateral surface of the electronic device, the lateral member including a first conductive portion, a second conductive portion, and a first non-conductive portion, a printed circuit board connected to one end of the second conductive portion, which is adjacent to the first conductive portion, and including a first region and a ground, the first region including a conductive layer, and a wireless communication circuit disposed on the printed circuit board. The conductive layer of the first region may be electrically connected to the ground, the first conductive portion may receive power from the wireless communication circuit at a first point and be grounded via the printed circuit board at a second point, and the second conductive portion may receive power from the wireless communication circuit.
