An organic light emitting display panel is discussed, which includes: a data line and a first scan line disposed to intersect each other; a plurality of sub-pixels; a second scan line; a driving voltage line and a reference voltage line; and a plurality of active layers for the plurality of sub-pixels, wherein at least one active layer of at least one sub-pixel among the plurality of sub-pixels overlaps any one of the data line, the driving voltage line, and the reference voltage line, and also overlaps the first or second scan line.

Organic light emitting display panel and organic light emitting diode display device including the same

A data driver and a display device using the same are disclosed. The display device includes a display panel having a display area displaying an image, signal lines including data lines, first power lines, and sensing lines connected to the display panel, and a data driver connected to the signal lines. The data driver includes first channel groups outputting a data signal, second channel groups outputting and sensing a sensing voltage, and third channel groups outputting a high potential voltage. The first channel groups and the third channel groups are defined as a first output unit, and the second channel groups are defined as a second output unit. The second channel groups are successively disposed every M channels, where M is an integer equal to or greater than 2.

Data driver and display device using the same

A display device is disclosed. The display device includes a plurality of subpixels formed on a first substrate, each subpixel having an emission area, in which an emission element is disposed to emit light, and a circuit area, in which a circuit for driving the emission element is disposed, a sensing line disposed between the subpixels in a first direction, and a sensing connection line disposed in the circuit area in a second direction, that is transverse to the first direction, and made of an electrode layer positioned above the sensing line, the sensing connection line electrically connecting the subpixels to the sensing line.

Display device

There are provided a timing controller of operating selective sensing and an organic light emitting display device comprising the same, the timing controller being configured to selectively perform a sensing when a display panel operates in an ON state. The timing controller performs a sensing to the display panel on the basis of a temperature of the display panel, a time difference in operation of the display panel, and a degree of need for sensing of representative sub-pixels.

Specifically, the OLED device comprises a substrate; a thin film transistor (TFT) active layer disposed on the substrate, comprising a gate electrode, a gate insulating layer, an active layer, an interlayer insulating layer, a source electrode, and a drain electrode; an overcoat layer disposed over the thin film transistor; and a passivation layer disposed between the thin film transistor and the overcoat layer, wherein the passivation layer is absent in a path of a light or wherein the passivation layer is disposed in the path of the light as a single layer comprising silicon nitride.
