A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display can include forming a gate electrode on a substrate, forming a semiconductor layer by depositing a gate insulating layer and an oxide semiconductor material and patterning the oxide semiconductor material, forming an etch stopper on a central portion of the semiconductor layer, conducting a plasma treatment using the etch stopper as a mask to conductorize portions of the semiconductor layer exposed by the etch stopper for defining a channel area, a source area and a drain area, and forming a source electrode contacting portions of the conductorized source area and a drain electrode contacting portions of the conductorized drain area.

Organic light emitting diode display having thin film transistor substrate using oxide semiconductor

The present disclosure relates to a thin film transistor substrate for flat panel display including an organic light emitting diode display. The present disclosure provides a device comprising: a substrate; a scan line extending in a first direction on the substrate; a buffer layer on the scan line; a semiconductor layer extending in a second direction and crossing the scan line on the buffer layer; a gate insulating layer on the semiconductor layer; a gate electrode connected to the scan line, and extending in the first direction and crossing the semiconductor layer on the gate insulating layer; an intermediate insulating layer on the gate electrode; a data line crossing the scan line on the intermediate insulating layer; a source electrode branching from the data line and contacting a first side of the semiconductor layer; and a drain electrode facing the source electrode and contacting a second side of the semiconductor layer.

Thin film transistor substrate for flat panel display

An organic light emitting device and a method of fabricating the same includes a first substrate; a thin film transistor (TFT) on the first substrate; a planarization layer on the TFT; an organic light emitting diode (OLED) on the planarization layer; a passivation layer on the OLED; a second substrate on the passivation; and a hydrogen capturing material between the first and the second substrates to prevent oxidation of materials forming the TFT.

Organic light emitting device and method of fabricating the same

An organic light emitting display includes a display panel including display lines, on which a plurality of pixels each including an organic light emitting diode and a driving thin film transistor (TFT) are formed. The display lines are sequentially charged to an image display data voltage in response to an image display gate pulse in an image display period of one frame. A sensing target display line among the display lines outputs a sensing voltage corresponding to changes in electrical characteristic of the driving TFT included in each pixel in response to a sensing gate pulse during a vertical blank period excluding the image display period from the one frame and then is charged to a luminance recovery data voltage. The sensing gate pulse is supplied in the same pulse shape as the image display gate pulse in a predetermined period for charging the luminance recovery data voltage.

A display device includes: a display panel in which a plurality of data lines and a plurality of gate lines intersect in a matrix form and pixels are formed at intersecting points thereof; a data drive unit connected to the plurality of data lines and configured to output a black data voltage corresponding to a gradation level of 0 and expressing the black data voltage as a third voltage through the data lines, the third voltage greater than a first voltage, which is a minimum output value, and less than or equal to a second voltage corresponding to a gradation level of 0 when linearly extending data voltages of two or more low gradation levels; a gamma voltage supply unit outputting a gamma voltage for each gradation level to the data drive unit; and a timing controller generating a control signal to control driving of the display panel.

The organic light emitting diode display includes a gate electrode formed on a substrate; a gate insulating layer formed on the gate electrode; a semiconductor layer formed on the gate insulating layer to overlap with the gate electrode, and including a channel area and source and drain areas which extend from the channel area to both outsides, respectively and are conductorized; an etch stopper formed on the channel area and exposing the source area and the drain area; a source electrode contacting portions of the exposed source electrode; and a drain electrode contacting portions of the exposed drain electrode.

An organic light emitting display device comprises: a lower substrate; a underlying wire formed on the lower substrate; and red, green, and blue subpixels each comprising a transistor section formed on the lower substrate and an organic light emitting diode, wherein the white subpixel comprises a first electrode which is non-overlapped with the underlying wire and is spaced apart from the underlying wire.

Organic light emitting display device and driving method of the same

Disclosed is a stereoscopic image display device which has a thin thickness and an enhanced aesthetic appearance. The stereoscopic image display device includes an image display panel, a 3D optical panel, and a panel support member. The image display panel temporally or spatially divides and displays a left-eye image and a right-eye image. The 3D optical panel is coupled to the image display panel, and divides the left-eye image and the right-eye image. The panel support member is coupled to the image display panel with an adhesive member to surround the image display panel. The 3D optical panel is supported by the panel support member such that the upper surface and the side surface of the 3D optical panel are exposed to the outside of the stereoscopic image display device.
