The wearable device includes a first sensor having a light-emitting part and a light-receiving part, a second sensor having at least one electrode, and at least one processor electrically connected to the first sensor and the second sensor, wherein the at least one processor acquires PPG signal data by using the first sensor for a first time while the wearable device is worn on a user's body, acquires ECG signal data by using the second sensor for the first time for which the PPG signal is acquired, determines an inter-beat interval calculation model, based on the result of a comparison between the PPG signal data and the ECG signal data, and acquires, based on the determined inter-beat interval calculation model, an inter-beat interval of the user from PPG signal data measured for a second time after the first time.

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a display, a first sensor using a light source, a conductive, at least one processor, and a memory. According certain embodiments of the disclosure, an input device comprises: a touch pad exposed through a first surface of the input device; a sensor circuit configured to sense a movement of the input device; a communication circuit configured to communicate with an external device; and a processor connected to the touch pad, the sensor circuit and the communication circuit, wherein the processor is configured to: when the sensor circuit detects movement of the input device satisfies a specified condition, prompt a user to enter predetermined inputs indicating a reference direction, receive actual user inputs indicating a first direction, and determine the first direction based on the actual user inputs; when a touch input on the touch pad is detected by using the touch pad, determine touch coordinate information for the touch input based on an angle between the reference direction on the touch pad and the first direction; and send the touch coordinate information to the external device through the communication circuit.
