A display device includes a viewing angle controlling film includes a first base material, a first electrode disposed on the first base material; a transparent resin layer which is disposed on the first electrode and has a plurality of accommodating units; a second electrode disposed on the transparent resin layer; and a second base material disposed on the second electrode, and an ink including a charged hollow carbon black and a solvent is accommodated in each of the plurality of accommodating units, thus the viewing angle controlling film has an excellent dispersion stability and the settling of the particles due to the gravity is suppressed to improve a driving characteristic.

Viewing angle controlling film and display device comprising the same

A viewing angle controlling film for a display device includes a first base member, a first electrode disposed on the first base member; a transparent resin layer which is disposed on the first electrode and has a plurality of accommodating units; a second electrode disposed on the transparent resin layer; and a second base member disposed on the second electrode, and in which an ink including charged black particles, charged high refractive particles, and a solvent is accommodated in each of the plurality of accommodating units and the charged black particles are charged with a charge opposite to the charged high refractive particles.

The present disclosure relates to a display device, and according to an aspect of the present disclosure, a display device includes a display panel, a first polarizer disposed below the display panel, a second polarizer disposed on the display panel, and an antistatic film disposed between the display panel and the second polarizer, in which the antistatic film includes a silicon-based matrix and a polythiophene-based compound and a dopant having a high boiling point dispersed in the silicon-based matrix and the silicon-based matrix contains tetra alkoxysilane, glycidyloxyalkyl trialkoxysilane and aminoalkyl trialkoxysilane to be cured. Therefore, the display device includes an antistatic film including an inexpensive polythiophene compound as a conductive material so that the excellent high temperature and high humidity stability is provided as well as the excellent electrostatic discharging effect.

Display device

A display device includes a first backlight, a viewing angle control assembly disposed on the first backlight, a second backlight disposed on the viewing angle control assembly, and a display panel disposed on the second backlight. In a security mode, only the first backlight may be operable with the viewing angle control assembly having light blocking areas that limit light transmission to the display panel to within a predetermined range to limit a viewing angle of images displayed on the display panel. In a sharing mode, the second backlight is operated and the viewing angle control assembly does not limit light transmission, thus widening the viewing angle of images on the display panel. The display device may also include an anti-condensation layer on the second backlight to improve durability in high temperature and high humidity environments.

Liquid crystal display device

An organic light emitting display device may include a filling part filling a space between a second substrate and an organic light emitting diode, and a dam structure disposed in a non-display area and surrounding the filling part. At least one of the dam structure and the filling part includes a getter. The getter of the present disclosure is composed of magnesium oxide particles whose surfaces are modified into a first surface modification part made of an amino silane-based compound and a second surface modification part bound to the first surface modification part and made of a compound containing an acrylate group and a methacrylate group. Accordingly, it is possible to provide an organic light emitting display device that has high transparency and of which optical properties and durability are improved by minimizing permeation of water and oxygen.

Organic light emitting display device

Disclosed is an electrode including a conductive material and a dopant having a work function of at least 5.0 eV. The conductive material may be one selected from the group consisting of a metal particle having a reflectivity of at least 80%, a carbon allotrope, a conductive polymer, metal nanowire, and a mixture thereof.
