The disclosure relates to display devices. A display device comprises a display panel including a display area and a non-display area formed outside the display area and having a plurality of pixels and a gate driving unit including a scan driving unit for supplying a scan signal to the display panel and an emission control driving unit for supplying an emission control signal. The plurality of pixels include a light emitting element for emitting light in a brightness corresponding to a current amount of a driving current applied, a driving transistor for controlling the current amount applied to the light emitting element, a storage capacitor connected to the driving transistor, and a first transistor and a second transistor including an oxide semiconductor layer and configured to be simultaneously turned on according to the scan signal.

Display device

A display device compensates a threshold voltage Vth of a driving transistor according to a source follower internal compensation method. The threshold voltage Vth of the driving transistor is sampled in advance before one horizontal period H, so that a sufficient time for sampling the threshold voltage Vth of the driving transistor can be obtained even in a high-speed or high-resolution display device. Furthermore, the compensation rate of the internal compensation circuit is improved to reduce luminance deviation between the pixels.

Display device having a pre-driving voltage for each subpixel

Provided is an organic light emitting display. The organic light emitting display can include a gate driving circuit configured to supply a gate signal through each of a plurality of gate lines connected to a display panel, and a luminance control unit between the gate driving circuit and the display panel and electrically connected to the plurality of gate lines and a power supply line. A gate signal is supplied to the pixels in a distributed manner during a plurality of refresh periods. Therefore, it is possible to reduce a luminance decrease in the pixels during the entire refresh period.

Organic light emitting diode display

An organic light emitting display device and a driving method thereof are provided. The organic light emitting display device comprising a display panel including a plurality of pixels, each pixel including an organic light emitting element, a data driver supplying a data signal to the organic light emitting element through a data line, a gate driver supplying a gate signal to the organic light emitting element through a gate line, and a timing controller controlling an operation timing of the data driver and an operation timing of the gate driver, and generating a conversion control signal controlling a conversion timing of a refresh rate of the display panel in response to an external input signal of the display panel.

Organic light emitting display device and the method for driving the same

Provided is an organic light emitting display (OLED) device that can include a timing controller configured to generate control signals to be applied to a plurality of pixels, each pixel including a pixel driving circuit. An adjusted initialization voltage is input to a circuit driving circuit of the OLED device during an initialization period. Thus, a delay of a current flowing in an organic light emitting diode can be improved such that a flicker phenomenon can be suppressed or minimized.

Organic light emitting display device and driving method of the same

A thin film transistor substrate having two different types of thin film transistors on the same substrate, and a display using the same are discussed. The thin film transistor substrate can include a substrate, a first thin film transistor (TFT), a second TFT, a first storage capacitor electrode, an oxide layer, a nitride layer, a second storage capacitor electrode, a planar layer and a pixel electrode. The first TFT is disposed in a first area, the second TFT is disposed in a second area, and the first storage capacitor electrode is disposed in a third area on the substrate respectively. The oxide layer covers the first and second TFTs, and exposes the first storage capacitor electrode. The nitride layer is disposed on the oxide layer and covers the first storage capacitor electrode. The second storage capacitor electrode overlaps with the first storage capacitor electrode on the nitride layer. The planar layer covers the first and second TFTs, and the second storage capacitor electrode. The pixel electrode is disposed on the planar layer.
