A display panel includes a substrate, a mark structure, a plurality of active elements, and a plurality of light emitting elements. The mark structure is disposed in a mark region of the display panel. The mark structure includes a drilled layer having a plurality of through holes. The active elements are disposed in an active element region of the display panel. Both the mark region and the active element region are located in a display region of the display panel. The light emitting elements are disposed in the display region of the display panel. A first portion in the light emitting elements is overlapped with the mark structure in a normal direction of a surface of the substrate.

Display panel

The present disclosure provides a light emitting diode component, including a body and a plurality of P-N diode structures. The P-N diode structures are coupled in series and integrated on the body. The P-N diode structures include a plurality of p-type doping layers and a plurality of n-type doping layers. The p-type doping layer of a first P-N diode structure in the P-N diode structures is electrically coupled to the n-type doping layer of a second P-N diode structure in the P-N diode structures.

Light emitting diode component and light emitting diode circuit comprising p-n diodes in series

A display device and a driving method thereof are provided. The display device includes a display panel, a controller, and a driver. The display panel includes a plurality of light-emitting elements. The controller receives characteristic information of the light-emitting elements, and obtains a first relationship curve between current density information and luminous efficiency information according to the characteristic information. The controller obtains a second relationship curve between duty cycle information and accumulated current consumption information or accumulated power consumption information according to the first relationship curve. The controller finds a selected duty cycle corresponding to a maximum luminous efficiency according to the second relationship curve. The driver activates the light-emitting elements according to the selected duty cycle.

Display device and driving method thereof

A pixel detection device includes a data line, a pixel circuit, and a detection circuit. Pixel circuit is coupled to a system high voltage source, a system low voltage source, and a first reference voltage source. Detection circuit is coupled to data line and pixel circuit, and is configured to receive a driving signal and a detection control signal. Detection circuit forms a first detection loop with the system low voltage source and the data line so as to detect whether the pixel circuit is abnormal according to the driving signal and the detection control signal in a first stage. Detection circuit forms a second detection loop with the first reference voltage source, the system low voltage source, the pixel circuit, and the data line so as to detect whether the pixel circuit is abnormal according to the driving signal and the detection control signal in a second stage.

Pixel detection device and pixel detection method

A driving circuit includes a first transistor, a capacitor, a second transistor, and a driving transistor. The first transistor is configured to provide a data signal according to a first scan signal. The capacitor is coupled to the first transistor, and the capacitor includes a first terminal and a second terminal. The second transistor is coupled to the first transistor, and the second transistor is configured to provide a start signal according to the data signal. The driving transistor is coupled to the second transistor, and the driving transistor is configured to output a driving signal according to the start signal.

Driving circuit and driving method

A pixel array is provided. The pixel array includes a plurality of pixels, wherein each of the pixels includes a light emitting diode, a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a fourth transistor, and a fifth transistor. The first transistor receives a first data signal and a first scan signal. The second transistor is coupled to the first transistor and an anode of the light emitting diode. The third transistor receives a system high voltage and a first control signal, and is coupled to the second transistor. The fourth transistor is coupled to an anode of a light emitting diode of an adjacent pixel, a control terminal of the third transistor, and a cathode of the light emitting diode. The fifth transistor is coupled to the cathode of the light emitting diode, and receives a second control signal and a system low voltage.

Pixel array

A display device includes a light emitting unit, first and second capacitors, and first and second switches. The light emitting unit emits light according to a voltage level of a first node. A first terminal of the first capacitor is coupled to the first node, and a second terminal of the first capacitor is coupled to a second node. A first terminal of the second capacitor is coupled to the second node, and a second terminal of the first capacitor is coupled to the light emitting unit. A first terminal of the first switch is coupled to the first node, and a second terminal of the first switch is coupled to the light emitting unit. The second switch is configured to be turned on before the first switch is turned on, and a first terminal of the second switch is coupled to the first node.

Display device, detecting method and pixel driving circuit

A driving circuit includes a driving transistor, a capacitor, a reset circuit, a touch sensing electrode, a sensing circuit, and a read circuit. The capacitor is electrically coupled to a gate terminal of the driving transistor. The reset circuit is electrically coupled to the gate terminal of the driving transistor, and the reset circuit is configured to reset the voltage level of the gate terminal of the driving transistor. The sensing circuit is electrically coupled between the touch sensing electrode and the gate terminal of the driving transistor, and the sensing circuit is configured to transmit the voltage level of the touch sensing electrode to the gate terminal of the driving transistor. The read circuit is electrically coupled to the driving transistor, and the read circuit is configured to output a touch sensing signal according to the voltage level of the gate terminal of the driving transistor.

Driving circuit

A pixel array is provided. The pixel array includes a plurality of red pixels, a plurality of green pixels, and a plurality of blue pixels. Each green pixel includes a light emitting diode (LED), a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, and a fourth transistor. The LED receives a system low voltage. The first transistor receives a first data signal and a first scan signal. The second transistor is coupled to a second end of the first transistor and the anode of the light emitting diode. The third transistor receives a system high voltage and a first control signal, and is coupled to a first end of the second transistor. The fourth transistor is coupled to the anode of the light-emitting diode of an adjacent green pixel, a control terminal of the third transistor, and the anode of the light-emitting diode.

A pixel array substrate including a substrate, a plurality of first signal lines, a plurality of second signal lines, a plurality of pixels, a first demultiplexer, a second demultiplexer, a first connecting line and a second connecting line is provided. The substrate has a display area. The first signal lines are arranged on the substrate and define a first row region and a second row region of the display area. The pixels are arranged into a first pixel row and a second pixel row which are respectively disposed in the first row region and the second row region. The first demultiplexer is disposed in the first row region and electrically connected to a part of the second signal lines. The second demultiplexer is disposed in the second row region and electrically connected to another part of the second signal lines. The first connecting line is electrically connected to the first demultiplexer. The second connecting line is electrically connected to the second demultiplexer. The electrical resistivity of the first connecting line and the second connecting line is greater than the electrically resistivity of the first signal lines and the second signal lines.

Pixel array substrate with narrow peripheral area and narrow bezel design of display panel

A multiplexer circuit includes a first switch unit and a second switch unit. The first switch unit is electrically connected to a first data line and a first pixel circuit, and configured to turn on according to a first signal in a first time duration. The second switch unit is electrically connected to the first data line and a second pixel circuit, and configured to turn on according to a second signal in a second time duration. The first time duration and the second time duration substantially start or end at a same time, so that the first time duration and the second time duration have overlap.

Display device and multiplexer circuit thereof

A display device includes a pixel driving circuit including a data writing unit, a light emitting unit and a compensation unit. The data writing unit includes first and second capacitors. A first terminal of the first capacitor is coupled to a first node, and a second terminal of the first capacitor is coupled to a second node. A first terminal of the second capacitor is coupled to the first node. The light emitting unit includes a first switch and a light emitting element. A control terminal of the first switch is coupled to the second node, and a first terminal of the first switch is coupled to a second terminal of the second capacitor. The compensation unit includes a second switch. The second switch is coupled to the second node and a second terminal of the first switch.

Display device and pixel driving circuit

A touch panel includes a substrate, scan lines, data lines, sub-pixels, a first conductive line, a second conductive line, and a conductive layer. The sub-pixels are arranged in columns along a first direction and arranged in rows along a second direction. Each of the sub-pixels includes an active element and a pixel electrode electrically connected with the active element. The active element is electrically connected with a corresponding scan line and a corresponding data line. The conductive layer overlaps the sub-pixels. The conductive layer includes a first electrode and a second electrode. The first electrode is electrically connected with the first conductive line. The second electrode is electrically connected with the second conductive line. The second electrode is separated from the first electrode. One of the first electrode and the second electrode is a touch electrode, and another one is a common electrode.

Touch panel

A display device includes a substrate, a first data line, a scan line, a first sub-pixel, a passivation layer, and a common electrode. The first sub-pixel includes a first main-driving element, a first sub-driving element, a first capacitor electrode, and a first pixel electrode. The first main-driving element includes a first main-gate, a first main-channel layer, a first main-source, and a first main-drain. The first sub-driving element includes a first sub-gate, a first sub-channel layer, a first sub-source, and a first sub-drain. The first capacitor electrode is electrically connected with the first main-drain and the first sub-source. The first pixel electrode is electrically connected with the first sub-drain. The common electrode and the first capacitor electrode have a first main capacitor therebetween. The common electrode and the first pixel electrode have a first sub capacitor therebetween.

Display device having common electrode overlapping capacitor electrode and pixel electrode

A pixel array substrate includes a substrate, a first patterned conductive layer, a pixel electrode layer, a semiconductor pattern layer, a first dielectric layer, a second patterned conductive layer, a second dielectric layer, and a common electrode layer. The first patterned conductive layer includes first and second scan lines, first and second gates, and first and second connection electrodes. The pixel electrode layer includes first and second pixel electrodes. The semiconductor pattern layer includes first and second patterns. The second patterned conductive layer includes first and second data lines, first and second sources, first and second drains, and a touch wire. The common electrode layer includes a common electrode and first and second transferring electrodes. The first transferring electrode is electrically connected to the first connection electrode and the first drain. The second transferring electrode is electrically connected to the second connection electrode and the second drain.
