A method of manufacturing a light-emitting display device, the method including forming a first electrode on a substrate, the substrate including a plurality of pixel regions divided by a non-pixel region, in each of the pixel regions; forming a pixel defining layer, the pixel defining layer having a plurality of pixel openings, each of the pixel openings exposing the first electrode, on the substrate; forming a hole injection layer on the first electrode; forming a lyophilic layer on the hole injection layer to completely overlap the hole injection layer; forming a hole transport layer on the lyophilic layer; forming a light-emitting layer on the hole transport layer; and forming a second electrode on the light-emitting layer.

Provided is a light emitting display device. The emitting display device comprises: a substrate including a plurality of pixels which are arranged in a first direction and a second direction that crosses the first direction, the plurality of pixels comprising a first main pixel block and a second main pixel block; a planarization pattern arranged on the substrate; a first electrode on the planarization pattern for each of the plurality of pixels; a pixel defining layer partitioning the respective pixels on the substrate and having an opening for exposing the first electrode; an organic layer on the first electrode; and a second electrode on the organic layer, wherein a thickness of the planarization pattern of the pixel in the second main pixel block is larger than a thickness of the planarization pattern of the pixel in the first main pixel block.

A metal nanoparticle which is prepared by forming a self-assembled monolayer including a terminal reactive group on the surface thereof, and introducing a functional group capable of being removed by the action of an acid or an base into the terminal reactive group wherein the self-assembled monolayer is built up of a thiol, an isocyanide, an amine, a carboxylate or a phosphate compound having the terminal reactive group, or built up of a thiol, an isocyanide, an amine, a carboxylate or a phosphate compound having no terminal reactive group followed by introducing the terminal reactive group thereto; and a method for forming a conductive pattern using the same are provided.
