A classification system using a fluidized bed according to the present invention includes: a fluidized bed classifier supplied with powder containing particles of different sizes, which entrains the powder into the fluidized gas, and then discharges coarse powder through a coarse powder outlet positioned in its lower portion. The system further includes a cyclone communicating with an upper portion of the fluidized bed classifier, which collects and discharges fine powder contained in the fluidized gas transferred from the fluidized bed classifier to a fine powder outlet positioned in its lower portion. Additionally, the system further includes a plurality of internal structures positioned in the fluidized bed in the fluidized bed classifier which reduce a size of a bubble of the fluidized gas.

A centrifugal dehydrator according to an embodiment of the present disclosure for solving the above problems includes: a slurry flow tube through which slurry, in which polymers and water are mixed, flows; a gas flow tube through which a gas flows; a mixture flow tube which is connected from the slurry flow tube and the gas flow tube and through which a mixture of the slurry and the gas flows; a basket into which the mixture is injected from the mixture flow tube and which rotates to apply centrifugal force to the slurry in the mixture; a driving part that allows the basket to rotate; and a porous plate disposed on a peripheral portion of the basket to discharge the water from the slurry to the outside of the basket.

Centrifugal dehydrator and centrifugal dehydration method

Disclosed is a compression type dehydrator including: an upper plate that includes a pressurizing portion and a first guide adjacent to the pressurizing portion and spaced apart from the pressurizing portion, and performs a vertical movement by a hydraulic cylinder; a feed plate that includes a hollow portion and a first guide groove surrounding the hollow portion and guiding the vertical movement of the first guide, and is positioned on a lower portion of the upper plate; a slurry supply line connected to the feed plate; a lower plate positioned on a lower portion of the feed plate and having a plurality of holes formed therein; and a dehydration means including a filtration belt positioned in close contact with an upper portion of the lower plate.

Compression type dehydrator

A pressurizing centrifugal dehydrator for removing moisture according to the present disclosure includes: an inner basket into which slurry is introduced; an outer basket surrounding the inner basket; a blocking barrier disposed in the outer basket; and a gas supplying portion for supplying gas into the inner basket and/or the outer basket, wherein a dehydration product is positioned between an outer circumference of the blocking barrier and an inner side of the outer basket to maintain airtightness of the outer basket.

Pressurizing centrifugal dehydrator

A pressurizing centrifugal dehydrator for removing moisture includes: an inner basket into which slurry is introduced; an outer basket surrounding the inner basket; a pressurization chamber disposed in the outer basket; and a gas supplying portion for supplying gas into the pressurization chamber, wherein the gas supplied to the pressurization chamber is ejected from the pressurization chamber toward a dehydration product positioned between the outer basket and the pressurization chamber.
