A fan frame body structure includes a first frame body. The first frame body has a first upper end, a first lower end, a first frame wall and a first main flow way. The first main flow way passes through the first frame body and is formed with a first main inlet and a first main outlet respectively at the first upper end and the first lower end. A first subsidiary flow way is disposed in the first frame wall. The first subsidiary flow way is in parallel the first main flow way. The first subsidiary outlet is positioned at the first upper end of the first frame body in flush with and in adjacency to the first main inlet.

Fan frame body structure

A fan structure automatically mountable on a system circuit board includes a fan. The fan includes a fan frame main body. A connector connection section is disposed on the fan frame main body for connecting with a fan end connector, whereby the fan end connector can be assembled with the fan frame main body. Accordingly, when the fan is mounted on the system circuit board, the fan end connector can be directly pressed down by means of an automated device to plug into the circuit board end connector. Therefore, the manufacturing process can be automated.

Fan structure automatically mountable on a system circuit board

A fan connector structure is applicable to a system circuit board having a circuit board-end connector provided thereon and includes a fan having a fan frame main body and a fan-end connector projected from an outer side of the fan frame main body. The fan-end connector and the fan frame main body can be selectively integrally or non-integrally formed with each other. The fan-end connector is correspondingly connectable to the circuit board-end connector, so as to realize the purpose of automated and quick assembling of the fan to the system circuit board with less labor and time cost.

Fan connector structure

A centrifugal-to-axial mixed flow blower includes a blower enclosure defining a blower chamber and a centrifugal impeller supported on an impeller seat to suspend in the blower chamber. The centrifugal impeller includes a plurality of blades and a radially outward declined flow passage defined between any two adjacent blades and communicable with the blower chamber. The blower chamber is communicable with a rectangular air outlet of a heat dissipation system via a frame passage of a flow guide frame connected to below the blower enclosure. Air stream centrifugally drawn in by the centrifugal impeller passes through the declined flow passages to radially outward and downward flow into the blower chamber and then passes through the frame passage to flow axially through the rectangular air outlet into the heat dissipation system, so as to realize the effects of reduced noise, changing centrifugal vortical flow into axial flow, and decreased flow loss.

Centrifugal-to-axial mixed flow blower and heat dissipation system using same

A fluid pressurizing structure and fan using same are disclosed. The fluid pressurizing structure includes a hub having a plate portion located therearound. The plate portion has a first and a second surface provided with a plurality of first and second hollow protrusions, respectively. Each of the first hollow protrusions has a first fluid inlet and a first fluid outlet, and each of the second hollow protrusions has a second fluid inlet and a second fluid outlet. The first and second fluid outlets extend through the plate portion to communicate the first and second fluid inlets with the second and first surface, respectively. When the fan rotates, fluid drawn thereinto sequentially flows through the first fluid inlets and outlets and the second fluid inlets and outlets in a helical movement in cycles, and is therefore continuously pressurized, which facilitates reduced fan vibration and noise and fan motor power consumption.

Fluid pressurizing structure and fan using same

A centrifugal fan frame body structure includes a lower case body and a cover body. The lower case body has a bottom section and an outer wall section. The outer wall section is formed with a wind outlet. The cover body and the lower case body are correspondingly mated with each other to form a space. In the space, the lower case body and the cover body define therebetween a first height. The lower case body and the cover body define therebetween a second height at the wind outlet. The second height is larger than the first height. The height of the wind outlet is enlarged, whereby the wind outlet will not be blocked by the cooperative heat dissipation component (module) so that the flow field efficiency is enhanced and the noise is lowered.

Centrifugal fan frame body structure

A fan flow guide structure includes a centrifugal fan impeller and a case. The case includes an upper cover and a base seat. A fan impeller space and a flow passage are defined between the upper cover and the base seat. The fan impeller space serves to receive the centrifugal fan impeller. The flow passage is in communication with the fan impeller space and a lateral wind outlet. A tongue section is disposed in the flow passage in adjacency to the lateral wind outlet. A wind supplementing section is defined opposite to the tongue section. An intake gill section is disposed on the upper cover and/or the base seat in communication with the wind supplementing section. Accordingly, the airflow outside the case can be guided from the intake gill section into the wind supplementing section to enhance the flow amount of the fan.

Fan flow guide structure

A fan impeller structure includes a hub and a blade set. The hub has a top wall and a circumferential wall extending from a circumference of the top wall. The blade set has multiple upper blades and multiple lower blades. The upper and lower blades are alternately arranged on the circumferential wall. Each upper and lower blade respectively has a first windward face and a second windward face which is extending in a different direction from the first windward face. The first windward face is disposed in such a direction as to face the rear edge of the lower blade on the lower side, while the second windward face is disposed in such a direction as to face the rear edge of the upper blade on the upper side.

Fan impeller structure

A fan wire trimming module includes a lower moldboard, an upper moldboard and a base plate. One side of the lower moldboard is formed with a depression and multiple locating bosses. One side of the upper moldboard is formed with multiple locating holes. A periphery of the upper moldboard is formed with at least one fixing split. The locating bosses are fitted in the locating holes. A fixing member is assembled in the fixing split. The upper moldboard is formed with a stator receiving space and at least one hollow section. An inner circumference of the stator receiving space is formed with at least one rib. The hollow section is formed around the stator receiving space. A stator assembly is received in the stator receiving space. Multiple windings are wound on the stator assembly. One end of each winding is engaged in the fixing split.

Fan wire trimming module

A series fan structure includes a series fan assembly and an assembling member. The series fan assembly has a first fan and a second fan. The first and second fans are correspondingly serially connected with each other. The first fan has a first fan frame defining a first receiving space. The second fan has a second fan frame defining a second receiving space. The assembling member is disposed between the first and second fan frames. The assembling member is formed with multiple straight-through perforations in communication with the first and second receiving spaces. The series fan structure improves the vibration and noise problem of the conventional series fan structure and is able to increase airflow volume.

Series fan structure

A stator fixing structure includes a tube and a fixing member. The tube has an outer surface, and both a stator set and the fixing member are fitted around the tube in a bottom-up sequence. The fixing member has a main body, which has a contact surface and an engaging unit. The engaging unit is circumferentially extended from the main body towards a center of the main body to form a plurality of free ends to tightly press against the outer surface of the tube. The contact surface is axially tightly in contact with the stator set to prevent the stator set from sliding.

Stator fixing structure

A fan active noise self-lowering system includes a fan, a push assembly, at least one pickup unit and a digital signal processing unit. The pickup unit serves to capture the noise made by the fan to generate a noise input signal and transmit the noise input signal to the digital signal processing unit. The digital signal processing unit receives the noise input signal and processes the noise input signal to output a control signal for controlling the push winding assembly to operate so as to push the fan impeller of the fan to move up and down. Accordingly, the fan impeller will generate a reverse sonic wave to offset the noise.

Fan active noise self-lowering system

A series fan assembly structure includes a first fan frame and a second fan frame. The first fan frame has a first latch section, a second latch section, a first engagement recess, a second engagement recess, a first retainer section and a second retainer section. The second fan frame has a third latch section, a fourth latch section, a third engagement recess, a fourth engagement recess, a third retainer section and a fourth retainer section. The first and second engagement recesses are respectively connected with the third and fourth latch sections, the first and second latch sections are respectively connected with the third and fourth engagement recesses and the first and second retainer sections are respectively connected with the third and fourth retainer sections. Accordingly, the first and second fan frames can be quickly assembled and securely connected in both axial direction and radial direction.

Series fan assembly structure

A series type fan device comprises at least a first fan and at least a second fan coupled to each other. The first fan has a joining side with a receiving part at a fan frame thereof and the second fan has a joining side with a projective fixing part corresponding to the receiving part such that the fixing part can be received in the receiving part to allow the first fan being easily detachably connected to the second fan.
