Disclosed is an auto-folder type cellular phone capable of opening and closing the folder automatically. Particularly, the present invention relates to an auto-folder type cellular phone with a variable opening and closing velocity, which enables a user to vary a driving voltage of the cellular phone whenever desired, whereby the user, unlike a conventional auto-folder type cellular phone having a fixed (or constant) driving voltage, now can open or close the cellular phone more quickly or slowly anyway he/she wants.

A micro antenna driving apparatus is installed in a housing of the mobile phone so as to extend or retract the antenna, and comprises a driving motor, and a decelerator. The driving motor includes a motor body provided with a magnet, and a shaft inserted in the motor body and surrounded by a coil. The decelerator is coupled to the motor body so as to be installed at one end of the shaft, and has an output shaft fixed in the housing. The antenna is installed in the housing such that it comes into contact with the motor body. Thereby, the antenna can be extended or retracted according to rotation of the driving motor while coming into direct contact with the motor body of the driving roller without requiring a separate driving roller, resulting in a reduction in an installation space of the antenna driving apparatus.

The flat type vibration motor includes: a lower case; an upper case which covers an upper portion of the lower case; a shaft which connects the center of the lower case with the center of the upper case and supports them; a lower substrate attached to one portion on an upper side of the lower case; a magnet attached to the lower substrate and the upper side of the lower case; a round shaped thin upper substrate rotatably supported in the shaft; a commutator provided with a plurality of segments on the circumference of the center of the shaft at the bottom of the upper substrate; a pair of brushes of which one end is fixed to the lower substrate and other end is in contact with the commutator to be electrically connected with the commutator; a pair of winding coils arranged separated from each other at a constant angle toward one side of the upper substrate; a weight of high specific gravity arranged toward the other end of the upper substrate corresponding to the winding coil; and an insulator of resin filled between the winding coils and the weight, for firmly fixing the winding coils and the weight to the upper substrate.
