An inner-shaft bearing bracket structure may include an inner-shaft that may be installed between a differential gear or a reduction gear connected to a motor or a engine for generating rotational power of a vehicle and a drive shaft for transmitting the rotational power to wheels of the vehicle in a vehicle width direction, bearings which wrap an outer peripheral surface of the inner-shaft and to which the inner-shaft may be rotatably coupled, and a bearing bracket which connects a pipe that houses and supports the bearings therein and a boss formed in the motor to project forward, wherein the bearing bracket may be disposed on a side surface of the boss and may be coupled by bolts in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle body.

A mounting structure of a drive-shaft may include a shaft, a housing, a spring guide slidably disposed inside the housing having one end facing the shaft, and a spring with one end supported by a spring guide and the other end supported by the housing, in which a transmission has a companion flange with a cup-shaped coupling portion at an end, so when the housing enters the coupling portion, an elastic force of the spring biases the housing into the coupling portion.

Mounting structure of drive-shaft

A structure for mounting a bearing bracket is provided. The structure includes a supporting portion into which a drive shaft is fitted and a coupling portion which is enlarged from the supporting portion and is fastened by bolts to a fixing portion formed at a power train. The coupling portion has two or more apertures into which the bolts are inserted, and at least one enlarged portion that protrudes on a surface, which comes into contact with the fixing portion, to enlarge a length of each apertures, and the fixing portion has bolt bore opened to correspond to the apertures of the coupling portion, respectively, and an enlarged groove formed at the bolt bore where the enlarged portion enters and has an increased diameter to fit the enlarged portion into the enlarged groove.
