Provided is a vacuum insulation panel comprising: a core material; and a shell material for covering the core material, wherein the shell has a layered structure comprising a surface protective layer, a metal barrier layer, and a thermal deposition layer from the outside, and the sealing strength of the vacuum insulation panel is 5-15 kgf. In addition, provided is a method for preparing the vacuum insulation panel, comprising the steps of: preparing the shell material by sequentially layering the thermal deposition layer, the metal barrier layer and the surface protective layer; inserting the core material between the shell material; reducing pressure and sealing the shell material so as to form a vacuum insulation panel; and heat treating the vacuum insulation panel, wherein the sealing strength of the vacuum insulation panel is 5-15 kgf.

The present invention relates to a vacuum insulation panel comprising a core material, and a shell material, and more specifically, to a high temperature vacuum insulation panel usable in a high temperature range. The present invention provides a high temperature vacuum insulation panel including: an inorganic core material comprising glass fiber; and a shell material for sealing the inorganic core material in which the shell material comprises a composite film including a thermal deposition layer adhered to the surface of the inorganic core material, a protective layer for absorbing and dispersing external impact, and a barrier layer for blocking the permeation of gas or moisture between the thermal deposition layer and the protective layer.

The present invention relates to a groove-type vacuum insulation material and a method of manufacturing the same. The groove-type vacuum insulation material includes core materials each having a block shape, at least one lateral wall of which has an inclined surface; a groove-type insulation board, in which the core materials are arranged on a plane of the board to be separated from each other, with the inclined surfaces thereof facing each other; an outer skin material formed in a film pouch shape and surrounding the entirety of upper and lower sides of the groove-type insulation board, the outer skin material being brought into close contact with the groove-type insulation board by vacuum-sealing, and exhibiting bending characteristics in a space between the core materials. The present invention also relates to a method of manufacturing the same.

The method comprises: (a) a step of laminating a plurality of glass fiber boards to form a core, wherein the glass fiber boards are produced by a papermaking method using glass fiber dispersed in an inorganic binder; (b) a step of forming an outer cover having a structure in which a surface protection layer, a metal barrier layer, and an adhesive layer are laminated; (c) a step of producing a getter by packing quicklime (CaO) powder in a pouch; (d) a step of attaching the getter onto the core, or inserting the getter into the surface of the core; and (e) a step of forming the outer cover into a bag body, inserting the core from step (d) into the bag body, and sealing the bag body, thereby improving long-term durability of the vacuum insulation panel.

A structure of a dry heating system, and a method for constructing the same are disclosed. An upper board stacked on a heat radiator has a double-layer structure comprising first upper board elements and second upper board elements in order to prevent steps from being formed at seaming portions formed on the upper portion of the dry heating system, thereby maintaining flatness of the upper board, and reducing any bending of the upper board, in which the first upper board elements constitute a lower portion of the double-layer structure, and serve to protect the heat radiator while supporting a weight load, and the second upper board elements constitute an upper portion of the double-layer structure, and serve to maintain the flatness of the upper board by removing the steps, thereby ensuring excellent quality in construction of the dry heating system.

Disclosed herein is a method for manufacturing a heating panel. The method comprises preparing upper and lower moulds corresponding to the upper and lower plates, injecting a plastic material into the moulds to produce semi-manufactured products of the upper and lower plates, and bonding the semi-manufactured products of the upper and lower plates to produce the heating panel. The heating panel comprises a uniform fluid pathway formed therein, and allows uniform flow of heating fluid. The heating panel is manufactured by injection molding, thereby preventing blockage of the heating panel to ensure uniform flow of heating fluid. In addition, since the upper and lower plates are formed to a uniform thickness by injection molding, the method of the present invention enables precise forming of the heating panel, thereby allowing a constant tolerance and high quality of the heating panel.

The heating panel comprises upper and lower plates integrally formed to face each other so as to form an inner fluid pathway in which heating water flows, a plurality of connecting members, each symmetrically extending from the upper and lower plates toward the lower and upper plates, respectively, and connecting the upper and lower plates to each other, the plurality of connecting members forming the inner fluid pathway at an inside surface of the plate, and two fluid communication portions for supplying and discharging the heating water, wherein one or more connecting members adjacent to the fluid communication portions are punctured to form holes. The holes are filled with a melted plastic resin, and the integrated plastic resin is integrated with the connecting members by pressing.

Disclosed herein is a plate-shaped heating panel having connecting members fastened to each other by means of bolts and nuts. The heating panel comprises upper and lower plates integrally formed to face each other so as to form an inner fluid pathway in which heating water flows, a plurality of connecting members, each symmetrically extending from the upper and lower plates toward the lower and upper plates, respectively, and connecting the upper and lower plates to each other, the inner fluid pathway formed inside of the plate by means of the plurality of connecting members, and two fluid communication portions for supplying and discharging the heating water, wherein one or more connecting members adjacent to the fluid communication portions are punctured such that punctured portions of the connecting members are fastened to each other by means of bolts and nuts. Accordingly, a bonding strength of the heating panel is enhanced, and even though the crack is generated, the crack is forced to change in its progressing direction and is prevented from spreading, thereby enhancing the pressure resistance of the heating panel.

Disclosed herein is a heating system of floating floor structure including a heating panel with a circular or elliptical inner fluid pathway. The heating panel having the circular or elliptical inner fluid pathway overcomes limitation on pressure resistance, which is the problem of the convention heating panel having a hexagonal fluid pathway, thereby providing enhanced pressure resistance. Furthermore, a floating floor structure of the heating system enhances thermal efficiency, and effectively improves sound absorbing/dampening function in a floor of a building. Additionally, the floating floor structure is provided with inner spaces, which allow utility equipment, such as an electric wire or a pipe, to be easily established therein, thereby enabling an easy repair of the heating system and the utility equipment.
