The present invention relates to a method of forming a plasma resistant oxyfluoride coating layer, including: mounting a substrate on a substrate holder provided in a chamber; causing an electron beam scanned from an electron gun to be incident on an oxide evaporation source accommodated in a first crucible, and heating, melting, and vaporizing the oxide evaporation source as the electron beam is incident on the oxide evaporation source; vaporizing a fluoride accommodated in a second crucible; and advancing an evaporation gas generated from the oxide evaporation source and a fluorine-containing gas generated from the fluoride toward the substrate, and reacting the evaporation gas generated from the oxide evaporation source and the fluorine-containing gas generated from the fluoride to deposit an oxyfluoride on the substrate. According to the present invention, it is possible to form a dense and stable oxyfluoride coating layer having excellent plasma resistance, suppressed generation of contaminant particles, and no cracks.

Forming method of plasma resistant oxyfluoride coating layer

A method and apparatus of reporting logged measurements of an user equipment in a wireless communication system is provided. The user equipment in a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connected mode receives from a base station a Minimization of Drive Tests (MDT) configuration. The user equipment transitions from the RRC connected mode to an RRC idle mode and logs measurements based on the MDT configuration. The user equipment transmits to the base station a logging indicator indicating an availability of the logged measurement.

Apparatus and method of reporting logged measurement in wireless communication system

A method and apparatus of reporting logged measurements in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment in a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connected mode receives Minimization of Drive Tests (MDT) configuration from a base station and starts a validity timer upon receiving the MDT configuration. The user equipment in an RRC idle mode logs measurements based on the MDT configuration to collect logged measurements while the validity timer is running. When the validity timer is expired, the user equipment discards the MDT configuration.

An user equipment receives a measurement parameter for measurement of a closed subscriber group (CSG) cell and measures signal quality of at least one CSG cell on the basis of the measurement parameter. The user equipment determines at least one CSG cell's CSG identity (ID) by using system information of the at least one CSG cell and determines at least one member CSG cell having the user equipment as a member thereof from the at least one CSG cell on the basis of the at least one CSG cell's CSG ID. Apparatus and method for reporting measurement result in wireless communication system

A method and apparatus of performing a handover from a macro cell to a closed subscriber group (CSG) cell in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment transmits to a macro cell proxy information which indicates at least one frequency for at least one member CSG cell and receives from the macro cell a handover command which commands a handover from the macro cell to a target CSG cell. The user equipment performs the handover from the macro cell to the target CSG cell and checks whether additional proxy information indicating an additional frequency for at least one additional member CSG cell during the handover is found. The user equipment transmits to the target CSG cell the additional proxy information after completing the handover.
