The present invention provides an intraoral sensor that includes: a sensor panel generating an electrical signal by detecting X-rays; an elasticity-adjusting member disposed behind the sensor panel and limiting elasticity of the sensor panel; a wireless communication circuit disposed behind the elasticity-adjusting panel, transmitting the electrical signal generated by the sensor panel to an external console wirelessly, and receiving the electrical signal from the console wirelessly; and a battery module disposed behind the elasticity-adjusting member and supplying power.

Intraoral sensor

This invention relates to an X-ray sensor having flexible properties and to a method of manufacturing the same. This X-ray sensor includes an array substrate including a semiconductor layer having a light-receiving element; a scintillator panel bonded to the array substrate and including a scintillator layer; a first polymer layer attached to an outer surface of the array substrate by a first adhesive layer; a second polymer layer attached to an outer surface of the scintillator panel by a second adhesive layer; and a third adhesive layer disposed between the array substrate and the scintillator panel so as to attach the array substrate and the scintillator panel to each other.

This invention relates to a direct conversion X-ray sensor and to a method of manufacturing the same. This X-ray sensor includes an array substrate including a pixel electrode formed so as to protrude from a surface thereof at a pixel region; a photoconductive substrate including an upper electrode, and a photoconductive layer formed on a surface of the upper electrode so as to be in contact with the pixel electrode and having a PIN diode structure; and a bonding material filling a space around a contact region of the pixel electrode and the photoconductive layer so as to bond the array substrate and the photoconductive substrate.

The present invention provides an image sensor comprising: pixels arranged along a plurality of row lines and column lines in a matrix form; a scan driving unit for selecting the row lines in the unit of n lines in a binning mode; and a read circuit unit for outputting n*m binning signals generated by sampling n*1 signals output in every column line according to the selection of the row lines and averaging the sampled n*1 signals in the unit of m neighboring column lines, wherein each of n and m is a natural number larger than or equal to 2.
